I just had my deck cleaned and stained. The company I chose was Clean and Clear Property Cleaning Services and I am really glad I did. They gave excellent service. I had done this a couple of times myself and I know that it is not an easy job. Plus I put way too much stain on in several spots therefore making it much harder to strip. The person I dealt with is Peter. He is very friendly and extremely hard working. Unfortunately the job was much harder that we thought it would be. The power washing was not enough and he had to use a stripper and then the sander. When I hired them I had told them that I needed it done by a certain date as I have company arriving from England on the 4th of July. Because of rain delays it didn't look like he would make it but he worked the whole long weekend including Monday. Peter went above and beyond what I was expecting and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone

I engaged Clean and Clear for a landscaping job. I had neglected my yard for several years and needed to have weeds and outgrown bushes removed so I could start fresh and build a low maintenance yard. From the start of engagement (estimation/scheduling) and up until completion of the job, the team exceeded my expectations. Peter/ Issac were great, responding to my initial questions. Issac and Eden did the actual work and did an outstanding job. They worked over the quoted time but did not charge extra. A very honest set of people who’s aim is top notch customer service.
