Unfortunately, I haven't been able to experience what seems like to be a fantastic product because the receptionist Jocelyn was so incredibly condescending and rude. I called today to inquire about their services and within 2 minutes she had insulted my ability to measure my own bedroom and actually said, "that makes no sense your bedroom can't be that small" (yes i do have a small bedroom) As i tried to explain, what sort of rooms we had in our house to give her perspective on how small it was she said, "I don't care about that, that's irrelevant, I need measurements." Her tone was so incredibly condescending and rude it took me totally off guard. Then she went on to brag about their great product and the fact that she had been doing this for 10 years and that if I go anywhere else I would end up just going back to their company anyway. I told her I would call her back to book an appointment and she ordered me to call after 2pm because that's when she takes lunch. (great now I'm working around your schedule). I'm sure this company has a great product and would have paid top dollar for excellent service, unfortunately this woman did not leave a great first impression. I got off the phone feeling insulted and irritated. I will not be giving this company any of my money any time soon.

I would not recommend this company at all. I called hoping to get my carpets cleaned and was told of cost. When the technician got here it was a whole different story. The price suddenly tripled. When I told him this is not what I was informed of, he threatened a house call charge because he had to drive there. I felt intimidated and no other choice but to accept this service. The whole cleaning took about 30 minutes. I was told I didn’t have to vacuum prior, then the technician said I should have. He tracked in dirt and leaves from outside claiming it was from the carpet as well. I then had to move all the furniture and the technician complained of a sore ankle the entire time. My carpets now just look bleached and feel awful. Would never recommend this company to anyone. I would pay more for someone else. Oh, he also told me that it was probably the bosses son I spoke to and they will never change their company ways. Highly unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. Carpets looked better and felt better before they came. Beware!

Technician came to clean cushions on an outdoor sofa. Insisted that they could not be cleaned on the covered porch, also claimed that they could not be cleaned on the lower level as the machine was too heavy to bring downstairs. Sprayed cushions on main floor hallway hardwood, taking no precautions to tarp floor so as not to wet it. Lightly wiped up floor using a rag and his foot. Whatever product was used left a film on the floor. I then spent 2 hours trying to mop residue up; it was very difficult as it kept foaming up once mop was passed on it with water. I called the office, they agreed that it was unacceptable that the area was not tarped prior or cleaned after the service. Office advised they would call technician and call me back assuring me they would find a solution. I never heard back. Would most definitely not recommend.

Very professional, no hidden fees ,tech wears shoe coverings. After almost 3 hrs for a sectional sofa asked if any places he missed , obviously wifey found something don't they always. Problem solved would highly recommend these guys my 10 yr old white suede sofa looks new again
