OUTSTANDING!!!! From initial contact to the work actually being done was extremely professional! We were in a hurry to list our house and had been advised by our Realtor to hire Shack Shine to make our house look pristine for viewings. When I tried to book a date online their calendar was quite full but when I called in they were able to squeeze us in earlier. Robin came over to the house to give us a quote (which was very reasonable) and was very friendly and professional and the quote he gave us is what we paid, no surprises or add on fees! Best group I've had yet, they did a fantastic job, especially cleaning our metal roof. It looks brand new, and it was built in 1996. My husband was so thrilled to see how clean they got it. GREAT job. I will definitely have them back for the same services next year and I will be having them clean the whole roof next time. Overall great job. not perfect, but the glare and time of day can make it difficult to see if you've missed something. I've done my own windows inside and out, and it's happened to me, even worse (I've literally had to do some windows all over again). They did ALL my windows; we have a very high pitch to our roof, it's very difficult to reach some of our windows. The metal roof makes it very unsafe to even consider cleaning some of our windows, but they managed to get all of them and they are wonderfully clean. I haven't found a company that would even do them before. Our gutters are even more of a risk. These guy's know what they're doing; and they genuinely care that you get what you expect. So nice not to have to go through doing all that work myself. I'm SOOO Grateful!

This whole process was effortless. I booked this washing 4 months ago and low and behold, guys were at it 5 after 8 in the morning cleaning the house. I didn't need to remain on site and the crew was courteous, knowledgable. Above all else, I LOVED that you could input your information and receive a quote right then and there on your website. This is a great service. Houses need cleaning and detailing. Moss needs to be pressure washed off, windows need to shine, concrete pathways need their dirt blasted off. Shackshine does it all. Quickly, on budget and with a real understanding of how the house is situated. Ours is in the middle of a very mature garden. We were worried about the plants. Shackshine made sure that its hoses and ladders didn't damage a thing. Quality work, reasonably priced. Very professional.
