My email form on their website was responded to quickly and courteously, and I was offered a choice of five or six different appointment slots, all within the next few days. It's nice to be able to get service so quickly! The tech assigned to our job (chimney and dryer duct cleaning) was Brittany - she showed up on time, had no trouble dealing with a minor hiccup (my wife and I were not there when she arrived) and got to work. An hour and a half later everything was done and she was on her way. We paid with a credit card right at our door and she provided a condition checklist so we know if our wood stove needs any maintenance in the upcoming off season. I'll be recommending Aero to all my real estate clients. As an aside it's nice to see women working in this type of field.

Had a furnace duct, hrv duct, and dryer clean booked for a month with this company. They sent an email at 9am the morning before to confirm. Left a voicemail that same day (which I did not see until the next morning when they didn’t show) at 4:30pm to cancel. I think if they need to cancel less than 24 hrs before, they should make sure to get in touch with you. The worst!

Shane was incredible. We have used Aero before as well as a couple of other companies and I keep coming back to Aero. They are more knowledgeable, professional, and thorough than any other company, despite the fancy claims of excellence that the others brag about. I will never use another company again. Shane risked spiders in his underpants to crawl deep into the corners of our crawl space to clean our cool air return duct. He was the first to be that brave and he found 30 years of dust and grime that filled his entire truck vacuum. We have always struggled with thick dust accumulating in the house quickly and I am confident that Shane has finally solved that mystery. We have had Aero clean our furnace ducts before and have always been satisfied with their services. During this years cleaning service an unanticipated issue occurred that caused a ripple effect problem with our furnace. Aero's technician called his supervisor for assistance and he was at our house within the half hour. Upon confirming the issue the supervisor agreed that I should call our furnace maintenance company immediately. It required a few days and several visits by our furnace service folks but the issue was resolved but at a cost. Aero didn't blink. They assured us that they would cover the added costs and when the final amount was determined they sent us a check for the full amount very quickly. They even gave us a discount on the duct cleaning service. We all know that in the service industry, things do not always go the way that you expect (stuff happens). We are very impressed how Aero managed the situation in a courteous and professional manner. We intend to continue to be loyal customers of Aero. Well done to the management and staff at Aero!
