Great job cleaning carpets in my condo unit and in the hallways and stairs of the building. The hallways and stairs are high traffic areas and there was a very noticeable difference after cleaning! Les was very knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond when it came to answering questions about my cold air return system. Xtract is also one of the last companies in the area to use a vac system with the rotating brush on the end which I think gives a much better clean over the high-pressure system. I will be using Xtract again for any furnace or carpet cleaning needs in the future.
