Having previously used Modern PURAIR at our old house and having great results, they were my first choice when we moved into our new Beaumont home. It was obvious the previous owners did not believe in preventative maintenance and a duct cleaning was long overdue, like 10+ years overdue. Mike and Carson arrived early and explained the process and got to work right away. Added on the Benefect sanitizer and dryer vent cleaning also. It took a couple hours to complete the job but I could immediately tell my air quality had improved when they were done. I highly recommend Modern PURAIR Leduc to anyone needing their furnace and ducts cleaned.

Great customer service, had a good time having Mike the franchise owner clean all of our ducts, the furnace, and dryer vents. Felt like he went the extra mile to explain everything and did a very thorough job. I got him to sanitize the system too which is a service I didn’t know they offered, but it makes us feel better about the cleanliness of our homes heating systems before moving in. I would recommend using this company for all your needs. I’ll be calling them again when my next service is due.

Mike from Modern PURAIR was great to deal with. I got a text reminder the day before and then a call from Mike that morning to confirm his time of arrival. He was very thorough in locating all of our ducts and explaining his process. He vacuumed out all of our vents, main vent and dryer vent as well. He included a sanitation service for the whole system. Amazing service and great value. Highly recommend!
