This place was awesome. I kept meaning to bring my main blanket in to get dry cleaned and always forgot. I finally just got them to come while I was home, the pick up was easy. Originally it was going to get dropped off the following day but they called not even 2 hours early and offered to drop it off right away so I’d have it for the night. The blanket smells amazing, looks great. 100% worth the money to finally have it done and done well!

They were so wonderful. So polite. And didnt judge me on how much laundry I did have. And brought it all back nicely folded the next day. Also it was in clear bags and organized so that putting it away was super easy. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! When my washing machine broke I used Laundrywell multiple times over the span of 2+ weeks. They took care of my family's laundry needs while we waited for our replacement part to arrive. It was a super convenient service especially during this pandemic when waiting around a laundromat with two small children is not an option. They were very easy to deal with, professional, kind and considerate of my time. My laundry was always clean, fresh and folded. I would use this service again in the future.

My mother's laundry machine had been broken for a wile and everything really piled up, so she needed some help to catch up. I did a thorough comparison shop looking at several different laundry services in Edmonton, and Laundry Well was the best value. Only one other company could compete with the price, but they didn't seem like they had capacity for this volume and they never got back to me about the turnaround time. Booking this service online was also very easy, which was a big bonus to not have to do it all over the phone. I did call in with some questions though, and the guy on the phone was very helpful. The driver who did the pickup and drop-off was professional and courteous. In spite of having over 200 pounds of laundry to do, they still got it back within 24 hours. Everything was neatly folded and smelled great. All you need to do is put it away. So if you need help with laundry in Edmonton for any reason, I would definitely recommend you not hesitate to choose this company. The whole process is very convenient and well worth the price.

I just used this laundry service for the first time to have a king sized duvet cleaned. They were very responsive and went above and beyond to provide same day service, even when I had booked a drop off for next day. The price to clean the duvet was reasonable, and it looked cleaner than I had been able to get it myself in the past. Great job - I will definitely use this service in the future!

I was looking for a quick service and I stumbled upon Laundrywell via a google search. I had never had of them nor did I know it was possible to get service & fair price at a moments notice. Went online, filled in the request and received an appointment later that afternoon. They came to my doorstep, picked up my items and dropped them at my door. I am used to longer turn around but they offer prompt service of a day or two with no extra charge. Do yourself a favour and give Laundrywell an opportunity to remind you great service still exists and you don’t not have to pay extra for quality service or quick turnaround. I will definitely be using there service once again especially now that Covid 2.0 seems to next on deck.

Great price and service! Gentlemen who picked up and dropped of the laundry was very polite. I had a baby and he happened to ring the door bell and wake her up. He continued to apologize numerous times on drop off he called ahead of time to prevent the same mishap. Very happy with the service. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends

We found LaundryWell after a different laundry service unfortunately shrunk four of our items (they washed / dried them when we asked for them to be drycleaned), which cost us several hundred dollars to replace. It's actually kinduv a good thing that the other provider sent us looking for a new laundry service, though, because LaundryWell is so much better than the other folks were and we wouldn't have found them if we hadn't been so disappointed by the other guys and googled around. K here's what we like so far: First: with LAundryWell, you can choose to have your clothes laundered, ironed and/or dry cleaned -- you just choose what you want by ticking a box online. (The other folks didn't let us choose online, which is I think why they laundered clothes that were supposed to be drycleaned.) Second: they have tons of spots open on their online calendar, so we were able to book a pickup fast... and then schedule delivery of our cleaned clothes *the next day*. In comparison: we had to plan well in advance with the other service we used, and the earliest they ever delivered our cleaned clothes was 3 business days later. All in, we had to plan to have our clothes, bedsheets, etc "out of commission" for as much as a week -- not as convenient as LaundryWell's nearly next-day service. Third: the cleaned clothes were delivered *so nicely.* My husband's XL t-shirts were all stacked together; my S t-shirts were all stacked together. My underwear was in one stack; his was in another. Everything was folded crisply. A breeze to put away. And finally: the person from LaundryWell who dropped off our clothes was so nice. That's why we're leaving a detailed review. It seems like this is a smart business that delivers a top-notch product, and we want them to stay in business and grow. We've now set up biweekly pickup / dropoff with LaundryWell. We haven't tried ironing or drycleaning yet -- still a little burned from our drycleaning mishaps with the other service provider. But we'll update this review if anything changes! Overall: we highly recommend LaundryWell. When you think about how time-consuming it is to do laundry, to us, outsourcing the job to a business like this is more than worth it.

Our washer broke down and we were desperate to get our laundry done. They had crazy quick turn around for 8 bags of laundry! Also they are reasonable with pricing. You can’t beat the pick up and delivery as well!
