I was satisfied with the service although they arrived an hour late, but I was notified shortly before they arrived. Was it because of COVID restrictions, but am wondering why they did not ask for access for the inside of the house to clean windows directly in front of screens both in kitchen window, both patio windows and exterior windows? I feel like the job was not entirely done as I cannot reach kitchen and exterior window myself from the outside.
