The building I live in has has a hugh problem with bed bug. For the last 18 months the owner has been trying to rid our building of these pest. Ever since this company has taken over we can now say that our building has become free of these nasty Bed bugs. I am very grateful to this company and it's because of a particular person named "Collin". Give credit where it belongs. This gentleman has single handleily gotten rid of the pest problem. Very disappointed with the company, got way down hill. We have used them in the past and we were pleased. This fall I phoned to have them come out to bait our mouse traps. A day before our appointment, we were told the person who does this job had quit, and we would be contacted when a replacement person was hired. About 6 weeks later I called again, the girl who answers the phone at the central place, seemed shocked when I told her I was calling to see if someone had been hired yet, and said she would get the “ manager” who deals with our area to call me. It’s now about 3 months later....no word????

When my roommates and I started to notice food going missing and crumbs all over the floor we took it upon ourselves to get help from an exterminator at Rentokil! Our exterminator JC was so helpful to my roommates and I when we encountered this issue with rodents! He is such a professional person and provided so much assurance and comfort to us while we dealt with this issue! Our landlord was not the most reliable when it came to making changes to his home as JC recommended but JC always made sure we had proof of what needed to be done and even spoke to our landlord personally to explain the situation! We speak very highly of JC because of the optimal service he gave to us, treating us more like friends instead of a client! He took the time to get to know me and would always ask how my studies were going! I cannot think of a bad thing to say about him and I’m so grateful for all he has done for us!

We have been using Rentokil Steritech for pest control at work for the last two years. We have monthly visits to check on and spray for ants, and other insects, and other than the initial activity at the beginning or ant season, we have next to no issues with pests. The monthly visits are a great way to keep the ant activity under control. Our specialist, James Brownell, is very knowledgeable about the the ants/insect life cycle, and can usually tell us what to expect for activity with the different seasons and our current climate. I definitely recommend Rentokil Steritech for any pest control issues you may be having.

I submitted an online request to Rentokil and they called me a few hours later to get more info and book an inspection. They explained the process every step of the way and made sure I knew what my plan covered. Rodney is great at what he does, super polite, and always nice to chat with when he stops by! I emailed him about hearing an animal in my wall and he came by the next morning to deal with it, and even followed up a few days later to see if the noises had stopped. Hopefully I won't need an exterminator if I move in the future, but if I do, it'll definitely be Rentokil.

Did a cold call after looking at a ton of reviews of many pest control companies. I spoke with someone at head office for twenty minutes who educated me on what the problem may be. I dont remember her name but she was great! ( I heard rustling between the first and second floor. ) I live just outside Halifax on a fairly big lot and have everything - squirrels, mice, groundhogs, bats, etc. They were very punctual and after talking to Neil on arrival for 5 minutes, he said I have a squirrel. He inspected my home and found a very small entry point way up in the eavestrough. Set a few traps, back the next week, caught a squirrel. Insisted on keeping it open to ensure we didn’t trap it inside so it would cause additional damage trying to get out. Came back again, trapped two more squirrels all for the initial price. While they were very friendly, the earliest they ever were was 45 minutes after the booked time. The other two times they were 2 hours late or they didn't come at all. They also seemed lazy, only spraying one room, not actually inspecting, not bothering to spray closets, etc. Would not recommend. Also, the products they used did not seem to be effective. We got rid of our problem ourselves eventually using products from another company.
