terrible!! tore up my basement floor n some walls refused to comeback n finish job with little to no explanation all that said was poor air quality were here said had an emergency and have never returned i am so pissed at this company

They were used to fix fire damage we had at our house back in Feb. We notice are 2 doors that was installed leaks and can see sunlight. Sense Aug they say they are going to fix it and dont, they dont show up, dont call when they say they will and I still have a door that leaks.

We discovered a serious carpenter ant problem when we started a deck renovation. Even though it wasn't covered by insurance my insurance company recommended Ed and the Team at James Proper Care. I'm so glad they did. This team was fantastic! They arrived almost immediately and figured out the extent of the problem and what would be required to fix it. They began work without delay and got everything taken care of so that the deck work was hardly delayed at all. The owner, Ed, is a great guy who lives up to his word. I'd give them six stars if it was possible.
