My experience was booking them to clean a house that had a messy former tenant. I had removed the furniture and almost everything else from the lower level. They showed up, smoked outside for 20 minutes, went inside and bailed on the job. I got a call from Peter that the girls had seen some empty baggies and some old marijuana leafs and weren't comfortable. Odd for something like that to make a cleaning company uncomfortable. I told Peter I would remove the offending objects which I did. Peter said he would call to reschedule and never did. I suspect this company only does very light cleaning and is unreliable even for that. I would not recommend calling this company if you're on a timeframe or have anything actually dirty to clean. Edit: In response to the owners reply. When you have an appointment Monday and tell someone you will call them back on Monday but actually call them back Thursday (hours after a bad review) it's not "2 days". Also yes the words I used were more descriptive than messy. Yet you still apparently sent your employees with no equipment what so ever because like I said you're entirely unequiped and unwilling to do anything beyond light cleaning. You're a cleaning company trying to make excuses for not cleaning a place because it's too dirty. If I wanted to clean it myself in preparation of you cleaning it I'd just do it all myself. By the way G&D who I booked after you bailed were more than happy to do the work and I was more than happy to pay them. As the owner themselves said in their reply I was verbose in my description of the job to be done. The company agreed to do it. They bailed and wasted pretty much a week of my time between their booking and the rebooking of another cleaning company. G&D handyman in stellarton showed up on time did the work and didn't complain.

This is a great company - they helped twice when I really needed the help - I could not ask for anything more then what they gave - especially on short notice - during Covid - they came and helped - and cleaned my apartment. I had a friend with me - that owned a cleaning company she is now retired - when we walked in she could not believe the job the staff did in such short notice and with such amazing results.
