Purchased Kranzle 1122 pressure washer from Big Erics over the phone via CC on Aug 29/21. Communication was ok at the beginning before the purchase, afterwards, not so much, although the distributor seemed to have a serious issue with basic customer service. The 1st pressure washer was received damaged (the plastic surrounding it had a crack) where i was concerned the pump could have been affected. The very first thing from Big Erics was this was my fault because I didn't open the boxes and unpack the item while the shipper was at my residence. Excuse me! After many many weeks of back and forth, they decided to replace the item only after they supposedly were to ship me a new plastic cover. I tested the pressure washer and it was not functioning properly (big surprise). It then took several more weeks to get another one with very little communication, they already had my $. After 3 weeks that the distributor agreed to replace the item, I tired to cancel the order, after being told I couldn't, I heard nothing for several more weeks until one day the shipper dropped by. No communication it was on the way, or to coordinate I would even be home! I never received a RMA to ship the failed item back, the shipper asked for it. All very sketchy.
