Service was very poor. They were contacted on January 11, 2017 and I was told that a technician would contact me about setting up a date and time to do our work. No one ever contacted me. I recalled them on February 3, 2017 and they apologized and said a technician would contact me that day. No one did. I called again on February 7, 2017 and they apologized again for not following up and said a technician would call me in five minutes. Guess what happened??

Stay away, The guy never shown up and very poor communication. I am not even sure if this is a real business as the guy answer the phone like his private phone. The first review was right about returning calls. I took a day off thinking he was coming to do then work but never shown up. Buyer beware

I was very happy with the job they did cleaning the ducts at my house. The crew was very courteous and professional. I had called Sears to do the job previously, but they were unable to do it due to constrained access to my basement. Atlantic Ventilation Cleaning had no issue with working with the very limited space and worked very efficiently.

We used AVCL to clean our duct work in our home. They responded quickly to our request . The staff on site were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I noticed a positive difference in the air quality right away. I would highly recommend their services for your home or business. In fact, I am getting them to do our office premises very shortly!
