We got there at 8 o'clock on the morning, the employee has to call in to wake the person who was opening the door.We took the option of having his ear clean, it has not been done. We went to get our dog at night, he was outside, no one was checking, no one was there to confirm we pick our dog, no one to confirm the payment.we try to call no answer, try to call back, the phone was close. We trusted you with our kid, it was the only and last time it will happen. I dont recommend this place.

Unprofessional owner. Almost tripled her prices because she had to use the fan longer on my dog. Words straight from her mouth. Then she belittled me by asking if I had money problems when the point of this all is ripping ppl off. She had my dog for 10hrs and then said she should have charged me close to $300 for day boarding when he was only in for grooming (I booked grooming only). Supposedly I was getting a steal of a deal for a $200 groom that should have been $65 according to her website for a medium dog. Update: I never said that was the best he’s ever looked so please don’t put words in my mouth. You never showed an ounce of professionalism face to face so the reply you just typed was for show. It was said you lost a dog so that’s why my dog took 10hrs and you were going to charge me for that mistake. (A 45lb dog should not be $200+). Borealis was great so I take all my pets there. They quote you the highest cost just in case which is nice. Friendly staff. The young employees at Happy Pooch were however very kind and honest. -Brittany Wedawin :)

Help us out with last minute arrangements And both pets will be bathed and nails done before pick up All at reasonable rates .They even took the time to let us know how the Dogs were doing and how they were getting along .Kids were happy to know the dogs were in good hands

Tia is such an amazing dog lover! She treats every dog (and person) she comes into contact with, with such care and kindness. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in town to groom or care for my furr babies when I am not able to. Outside of her grooming and boarding she does so much for rescue dogs in the north that have nothing and no one. Truly such an amazing person and business to support!
