I wasn’t happy with North Cleaning I have given them three chances and fired them. I don't know what you are talking about because I never got no email from your offices. Like I say to you the last time when we spoke on the phone I wasn't happy with the cleaning that was done in my home. The lady didn't clean for 4 hours and left without saying good bye and you change me for four hours $167.24. Also she didn't clean behind the doors, behind the scene, and toilet in the bathroom, didn't take out the rugs when moping and the list go on . At the end I have giving you three changes and wasn't happy with the services.

Susan did a spectacular job coordinating the cleaning, making sure each floor had its own dedicated person to be as efficient as possible. The house looked amazing when they were finished.
