Molly Maid Norh York is fabulous. Not only did they do a complete and thorough cleaning job, but they took care of details that were surprising! I can't believe how clean and fresh my house was and it felt amazing to come home to. Molly Maid North York really took care of me! I used Molly Maids services this week to clean the basement of my house, it was very dusty and needed to be clean before we furnished it. The two women who were expected to come to the house were over 40 minutes late. When they arrived I explained to them exactly what I needed to be cleaned.. When they left I noticed that my floors were not 100% clean and there were foot prints, and streaks all along my hardwood floors. I also gave one of them a few products to use to clean the bathroom and when they left i noticed afterwards that they took the product with them. I don't understand how a cleaning service needs cleaning products from a home and then on top of that take the cleaning products from the customer home with them? Very unprofessional. Overall, I won't ever use their services again, for the price i paid i expected better service, punctuality and expected my home to be cleaned to the top notch. I much rather support my local cleaning service rather than this unprofessional franchise.

What an amazing clean me & my fiancé received from this North York location. Our house was left spotless! Lediana is outstanding. On the Tuesday before the August long weekend, after calling a number of Cleaning Services and getting no results we finally called Molly Maid North York. Lediana answered and got on it right away. To our delight Lediana called back at 8:30 pm. to confirm that we would have a crew there in the morning. The apartment looked great and was done within 3 hours as promised. I will recommend Molly Maid to anyone. Great experience.

Great service provided by Molly Maid North York. We just moved into a new place that needed some pretty deep cleaning. Lydiana and Nancy were on time and well prepared to clean everything we needed done. They were efficient and thorough, tackling some very messy areas in the kitchen and bathroom of our new home. In addition to being great cleaners, they were both extremely warm and kind people. Highly recommend them and their services to anyone whose home needs a good clean. 5 stars.

Great experience with Molly maid North York! I have been using them for a long time and I am very confident to leave them cleaning unsupervised. I know they do a good job every time. I have an 80 pound dog who is friendly but can be intimidating, however with Molly maid it is not an issue they have experience working around animals as well. The dog actually gets excited when Molly maid shows up! Thanks again for all the hard work

From the initiation conversation about scheduling and my requirement, Molly Maid North York has been very professional and approachable. They were also to accommodate my last minute booking request too! On the cleaning day, the cleaners were friendly and informative. The place was sparkling clean. The team that came to my house was excellent, however the management, not so good they scheduled the team for 2 hours but at the 1.5 somebody from the office called them to rush to the next house, they couldn't finish the house, called the office for feedback and first they denied rushing the team and them blamed them for it. Also asked Lediana to invoice under my business and NOT to issue the credit card on file... next think I know they charged the credit card on file and never got the invoice. NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!
