Mel’s 101 Services are a professional team supplying many services, including house cleaning, for their customers. They pay attention to detail and are thorough and reliable. We have 5 rescue dogs at home and they are always kind to the animals and I totally trust them with my home.

I worked for Mels101services for almost 3 years, and a few months ago i was verbally and mentally abused by the owner Mellissa. When i told management i can no longer work with melissa moving forward till i proccess and overcome how i was spoken to on the job i immediatly started to see my scheduled hours diminish. Mels101services claims to be a reputal company but instad of letting me go and us parting ways peacefully, she continues to keep me in limbo because she does not want to pay me two weeks pay for the 3 years i worked hard for her company. I feel as customers you have the right to know how they treat their employees. They claim to be a licenced and bonded company as to why i joined the company in the first place, but the way they handled this confict is not professional and doesnt stand to their slogan as a faith based company. As for the owner and manager of the port elgin location,Tina is an amazing individual!, who deserves her customers. It is unfortuinate she did not start her own company and its tied to Melissa.
