We needed a thorough clean at a rental apartment to ensure it would be sanitary for our move in. Maria at Available Cleaners responded to our messages quickly, and was flexible in customizing their Deep Clean service to fit our needs. Maria and her team arrived on time, worked very hard and left no surface untouched. They didn't stop until the entire apartment was Spotless!They even cleaned the outside of the windows which wasn't on the list. I will definitely hire Available Cleaners again and highly recommend their services to others.

Weekly House Cleaning !!! Maria and her cleaning crew are very professional. They are able to effectively and efficiently clean the house in an organized manner. They pay very close attention to details around the house and I am never displeased with their work. Truly magnificent!

Absolutely fantastic. Maria and her team did an amazing job.They were able to schedule a visit within a few days and really scoured the place. All kitchen cabinets were cleaned inside, out and top,and also other parts of the house were shiny and clean afterwards. I would highly recommend and will call again in the future!

Decided to leave the first non-5 star review here - although I feel terrible for doing so for a small business, I believe it is also mandatory for me to share my experiences to help others make informed decisions. There is a reason why there's only a small number of reviews here, and all of those are 5 stars. It is because majority of her new customers including myself couldn't leave good reviews because we simply didn't get good services but felt bad to hurt small business. I used her team twice- one for deep cleaning after renovation, and one for just a regular cleaning service. (So I did give her another chance). Many of customers including myself probably went with this business, simply because it is WAY cheaper than other competitors. For post-renovation deep cleaning, I was quoted around $1100-1600 but her quote was around $700. Well, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Although I paid for the quoted services, her team didn't successfully complete proper window cleaning, duct cleaning, and wall cleaning (the 3 most important details for post renovation cleaning job). However I still had to pay for "extra hrs of work" on top of the quote. The second time, she was here for cleaning of my 2nd floor and she missed details like shelves and walls again. I just don't think there is an attention-to-detail. Floors were squeaky though, and smelled good - I'll give her that. I am leaving 3 stars, because although I wasn't satisfied, this business has a VERY competitive pricing for their services. I would go with her team for small or just simple cleaning services, rather than a deep cleaning or something that requires highly technical skills.

The best team!!! They have been cleaning for over 3 years. After a pause during the pandemic, my mother realized that she needed her experienced team back again. Available Cleaners professional team of ladies came over for their Deep cleaning service - all the details:oven, fridge, windows, tracks and screens- got an extra attention they needed. Maria and her team didn't disappoint with their wonderful work. We will definitely continue with our biweekly cleaning and Highly recommend them to everyone!

Professional cleaning services provided were just as I had hoped they would be! Maria had a team of ladies come in and blitz the house cleaning everything from the walls,lighting, surfaces,cabinetry etc.I was even shocked at how they managed to get all the dog hair off of our upholstered furniture, not an easy task. It's not cheap but it's well worth it and our house is now sparkling clean. You can't get cheap when it comes to having your house cleaned and trusting a team to do so. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend their service!

WOW! Amazing service! I know it was their first visit so they were working hard to make the right impression. The true test will be future visits. But based on this initial service, they are the best I've tried in the past year. So many very disappointing experiences along the way - I had nearly given up the search. For now, I'm in for the long haul with Available Cleaners!
