We hired 416-So-Clean years ago when we lived in Toronto. We had a cat that, um, LOVED a particular love seat so had them come out to deep clean it. They were on time, professional, friendly, helpful - and, most importantly, did a WONDERFUL job! We had them come back at least another time or two for furniture and carpet cleaning - and were always as impressed and pleased. We recently recommended them to a friend who is selling their house. They did an exceptional job there as well and, unexpectedly, sent us a reward for our referral! I recommend them HIGHLY!

When we had our carpets cleaned by 416-SO-CLEAN in the past, they were very thorough in their approach and even left us with a bottle of spot remover solution. When we had a recent coffee spill, I called 416-SO-CLEAN and Adel was extremely responsive, delivering a refill bottle of spot remover to our home on the weekend to ensure we could treat the spill ourselves. This was so greatly appreciated given the current pandemic and our inability to have the carpet professionally treated by them at this time. Amazing service from an amazing company!

I have a pricey BoConcept couch that needs to be professionally cleaned and it always ends up looking and smelling fresh after their treatment. The pricing was far more reasonable than another company that was recommended to me by BoConcept. And the owner is a gem!

They arrived at 8 and cleaned and treated 3 carpets, 2 pieces of upholstery, but best of all, this is the first time I asked them to clean my pillows and cushions of our patio set. (16 pieces). They did an amazing job and were out the door by 10. This is my go to carpet/upholstery company.

At the very beginning So Clean was professional and pleasant to talk. I did have issues with uploading photos of my furniture, but I am not computer savvy, so will leave it at that. The quote was what I had expected and the discussion of Covid-19 precautions was easy and respectful. I felt completely safe with the technician in my home. The technician noticed that 1 of the carpets was especially dirty with stains and informed me that this would be done last as needed steam. I called 416-So-Clean because of an error on drier, indicating a block in the outflow vent. On the phone, they explained to me what the cause was, what they could do to clear the airway, and what would likely be required to avoid it happening again (purchase a lint trap from a hardware store). They came the next day, ran a high-powered vacuum hose from both sides of my drier pipe and cleared an enormous amount of lint. Because of COVID-19, they were in masks and gloves and always covered their shoes in my home. The way they explained everything left me completely satisfied. Finally, when I asked what I owed him, he told me that this one was on the house. The 40-minute service call by the 2 technicians was provided completely free of charge!! I would certainly recommend this service and will be contacting them again for future duct cleaning services.

We used 416 so clean years ago on our starter home when we listed it for sale. I remembered they did an excellent job and the fellow was extremely professional and personable. We recommended them to family over the years for carpet cleaning, it really made a difference (especially with furry pets!) and gave the carpets a thorough cleaning like brnad new. We are currently going through some issues with our furnace and it was recommended we gwt the ducts cleaned, I remembered 416 so clean had a duct cleaning arm and so I gave them a call. They were able to book us in quite quickly, and email confirmation was promptly received. The duct cleaning staff called to say they were on their way. Again, great service and professional staff, costs are in line with expectations, and they even showed me pictures and videos after the cleaning to clarify our concerns around our furnace air flow. Everything was clean as a whistle after the cleaning, I would recommend their services.

Very very nice employees came to my place to clean a few couches. So polite and friendly and calm. They introduced themselves immediately, set up and was able to work without needing anything from me which was great as I work from home. The pieces look almost new and have a new freshness.
