I hired a zenGiver to clean my car and he did a wonderful job. The booking process was simple and the zenGiver started messaging with me right after he accepted my request. He came prepared for the job and my car was sparkling from the inside-out by the end of the service. Overall, a great experience!

This is such an incredible platform to work with! You can easily book a service at a moments notice, which helps sooo much when you are super busy and just don't have time to get to everything. I definitely reccomend this to anyone who is pressed for time and need an extra hand!

I have tried to book seven cleaners from this company in the past three weeks and have been exceptionally disappointed. The booking system is poor, response time is slow, no phone number, no chat support. The two cleaners that I've managed to book never showed up and there is no way to get hold of them. Poor website and most of the 'cleaners' do not list or write about cleaning in their bios. Not sure how this company continues to operate. I would not recommend zengot to anyone.

She is incredibly productive and works so quickly, each time she has worked for me it felt like she was giving me an extra hour of work beyond what she'd been hired for! This platform is super simple to use and the company is very transparent. Registering takes minutes and the rest of the website is very easy to navigate. On top of that, they have a countless number of pages explaining how stuff works and the company's story behind zenGOT, so you get a sense of who you're working with.

zenGOT has proven to be a reliable and easy to use service that I can use in a pinch. My two or three "zenGivers", as they like to call them, have been super helpful for a general home cleaning or helping with a particular handy work project. The website is easy to use and intuitive with lots of features to help keep me in control without feeling overloaded. Looking forward to using them for dog walking and some grocery running in the future.

My experiences with zenGOT have all been excellent! I’ve ordered “zenGivers” to clean my condo a number of times this year – the whole process was easy and stress-free right from the start. Each time, I made the booking in a matter of minutes on the zenGOT website, my zenGiver communicated with me beforehand, arrived on time and did an AMAZING job. Each of my zenGivers truly went above and beyond and were really great people too. I would highly recommend this company - they offer cleaning, yard work, handy work, errand running, general assistance, organizing, pet services and more. They also offer the first service free when you sign up for recurring services – totally worth it. I can't say enough good things about this company and will definitely be using zenGOT again!

Had the worst cleaning experience ever. Barely did anything in 3 hours and company won't back up the work. Better to find someone on craigslist or hire a proper company. All they do is connect buyer and a seller and step out. Horrible !! Oh and by the way, they do not vet their cleaners otherwise they wouldn't have sent such incompetence to me. I have had cleaners for 25 years and this was by far the worst ever. Its like they never came. Seriously.

This is a great platform if you need last minute chores done! (Doesn't have to be last minute; that's just my style.) I've been looking into having someone come clean, but see that they also have pet services. Website and information is well laid out. I particularly like that everyone is vetted-- especially since they come into your home. Payment looks to be super easy, and if you like the service you can schedule someone to come regularly. Will definitely be booking!

Edmonton, Alberta I do not think this company vets their employees competence. I had hired one of their so called handyman (Salim (Sam) K) to do a few things around the house for me. One of the jobs was to change the locksets on both front and back doors. He so completely messed up the job that the front door deadbolt would not engage if the door was completely shut. The back door is metal with wood core, he installed the handset fine but then told me he could not install the deadbolt because he could not drill through the metal to make a bigger hole. So now I had to use 2 different keys to get in the back door. I had to hire someone else to come in and fix his mess. The new guy informed me that Sam had installed the incorrect type of plate for the deadbolt in the front and the screws he used were so short that anyone could have gained access by easily kicking in the door. Also, you will notice that most of the people don't have any reviews or only positive reviews. I left a bad review for Sam and the company removed it. When I asked why, they said "we thought he would never get another job if we left the review up". Well....that is the whole reason behind reviews I thought. The company did give me my money back but they still have this guy working for them.

My experiences with zenGOT have been first class. My family and I have used several zenGivers for a variety of tasks (cleaning, grocery shopping, errand running, deck clean-ups and small handyperson jobs around our home). Each time, our zenGivers have arrived on time and they have been friendly and communicative. More importantly, they have all done great work. In addition, I have found the customer service team to be very responsive whenever I have dealt with them. As a member of the sandwich generation looking after children and an elderly parent, I'm so glad to have zenGOT just a click away whenever I need a bit of help.

I hired a zengiver to do some handiwork for me. I had a really tricky project that involved pieces of a fish tank. Roger arrived on time, had all the tools needed, and fixed my tank so it looks brand new! He also helped out with other small projects around the house and was very professional and friendly. Will definitely hire a zengiver again!
