I dropped off some wool area rugs for cleaning. Once I saw the facility I knew I had found the right place. They are very knowledgeable about types of carpets, fibres, and best cleaning techniques. I was super impressed they were able to get my filthy fringes looking like new. The rugs' colours have been revitalized and they are fresh and clean. You are in good hands here!!!

I have used Ara's master carpet restoration and cleaning services for about 15 years, through the endless messes of two growing boys and several puppies/old dogs. He has done miracles repairing and restoring silk carpets I thought were ruined as well as performing routine cleaning and maintenance on all our wool carpets! I wouldn't use anyone else - Ara is a true professional who I heartily recommend.

If we have a problem like a spill or stain, Ara and his team are always available to pick up the carpet and get it cleaned and restored. I brought in a rug that I inherited and it was chewed, soiled, and in pretty bad shape. I expected them to tell me it wasn't worth the effort, however, it turns out it was an Italian hand made wool rug. They cleaned it, removed the stains, and repaired the edging. The results were amazing and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend these folks if you have a good rug worth restoring.

We used Tolliday Carpet Service to clean a number of rugs with significant pet stains. One rug was a delicate antique rug. All stains were removed, the rugs looked brand new and they were returned in a timely manner. Would definitely use Tolliday’s again, hopefully not for pet stains ????????

Had my carpet cleaned and damaged from moths repaired. The carpet looked incredible afterwards and the whole process went smooth. Would highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. 50% of staff were not wearing masks during a province wide mandatory mask mandate. I asked for the carpet to be packaged to ship once cleaned. They said no problem. I drove 2 hours to pick it up giving them 24hrs notice (they had it for almost 2 months). When I got there the carpet was not ready to ship and I had to argue with staff in order to get them to unroll, fold, and wrap it in plastic. I then had to wait 40 minutes for the owner to call back his employee's because staff on site didn't know how much to charge for the carpet. When he was finally reached I was charged for services I did not ask for but ended up paying for (doubling my bill to $900 unexpectedly). Rug looked good though...

I've used Tolliday Carpet Services twice in the past 6 months to clean six area rugs; all of which had not been cleaned in 3 years and were very dirty. The owner picked up the rugs and delivered them back within the agreed timeframes. The price quoted was reasonable and the rugs came back looking like new. I am very pleased and have recommended them to friends. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future
