Fantastic Job! is the second time I have used SmithWerks and they just keep getting better. The whole experience was extremely pleasant from my phone call to the carpet cleaning. We have used SmithWerks for years to clean our carpets. We learned about them several years ago and had them clean the carpets in our house, always with excellent results. A few years ago we moved into a townhouse and most of the carpeted areas are stairs. We had them cleaned a few times in the first few years. We then traveled quite a bit over the next few years and I'm afraid we neglected our carpets terribly. When I finally called Dave and asked them to come by, you could see where most people stepped on the stairs by the dark spots! I was afraid they wouldn't come clean again. Chris did a great job, though and the carpets look great again! All of which reminds me why I continue to use SmithWerks after all these years!

Wow....wow...Decided to go with SmithWerks because it was one of the carpet cleaning companies I haven't used in the last 35 years and I'm sorry I didn't find them sooner. We asked them to come in to try to clean up 30 year old carpets in a townhouse that we were getting ready for sale. The fellow showed up on time, no fuss, no muss, just got down to work. Very courteous and professional with a good sense of humour as he looked at the basement stairs and asked if they had ever been cleaned...that would be a no. He didn't flinch, just got to work and did an awesome job. I'd highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning and I will definitely use them in the future. Amazing customer service, technicians and prices! I had a landlord tell me I needed to have a professional carpet cleaning done two weeks before I was scheduled to move out. I wasn't hopeful I'd manage to book a highly rated service so last minute. Based on other reviews my first choice was SmithWerks and Nick responded to my inquiry within the hour and was able to fit me in two days later. My technician, John, called me day of to let me know he might be a bit late due to traffic (not surprising since his previous appointment was in Deep Cove and I'm out near UBC) and what impressed me was that he didn't call at the time he was supposed to arrive, like a lot of technicians I've had do. John called me half an hour beforehand so I knew what to expect. He got there five minutes later than originally planned, very apologetic, and even though it wasn't a problem for me I just thought that was very considerate of him. He went straight to work and did an amazing job, getting out stains I didn't even realize were there- they were just that blended into the carpet. I will definitely use SmithWerks again and hope my technician is as great as John.

Nick arrived on schedule and from the first handshake, he was highly professional. One of the things that always bugged me about carpet cleaners we've had in the past is there pestering you to buy "the extras". There was none of that with this company. The price that they quoted me when I called to book, was the price that I paid. Nick's work was top-rate! He got stains out that, frankly, I thought would never come out.
