The girls are great but the cost structure doesn't line up and is inconsistent with each time you call back. I finally got a clear answer from the owner, he originally explained it to me as 60$/hour, which I thought was high but made sense. However later he changed his mind to being 60$/hour/worker which I think it is incredibly unrealistic to charge to cleaning services... Other places are less than 45$/hour and it doesn't matter if it is 1 worker or 3 its an hourly rate and thats it.

Terrible experience with the owner of the North Shore branch. I received a $50 gift card for Merry Maids and had every intention of spending much more with them, but had a challenging time even booking a first appointment! The owner could not commit to scheduling, even after I contacted him one month prior to the week I wanted to book, citing staff shortages. He said he would call me back to confirm and never did. The thing that really annoyed me was when I asked why I hadn't received a call back and confronted him about it, he said because I had to reschedule my first arrangement (due to a doctor appointment). After following up with them 4 separate times, the owner finally said "You can give the gift card to someone else". I absolutely will not be using their services. What a waste. I genuinely tried to work with them but got no help in return.
