Elyas arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and my first (and last) impression was that he was friendly as well as professional and actually cared about me and my home - he was wearing a mask AND took off his shoes when entering my home. After a quick setup, he then explained the entire process before he started. He then did a thorough job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent and I could not believe the amount of dust and lint he extracted. The previous house owner (4 years) never clean any duct or vent before so this is a tough job for Elias (owner) and Mark. Both of them are hardworking and professional people. The job took a little bit longer to finish but they completed it perfectly with the following work: - tumble dryer exhaust cleaning - washroom ventilation fans exhaust cleaning - HRV duct cleaning - furnace duct cleaning - gutter cleaning We immediate notice improvement after the cleaning: - laundry room not as hot as before after the drying cycle is completed. Same drying cycle runs faster, time previously 54min but now only 15min. - washroom ventilation fans run quietly, floor and mirror feel dry after shower - air conditioning air feels cleaner Our annual vent/duct cleaning job will be assigned to Elias and Mark from now on.

I was having poor air quality conditions, so I hired JC Ductbusters to come to clean the ducts at my house. They came within 24 hours and did an excellent job. I needed gutter cleaning services for my home . Having never contracted these services before I took to reviews and called 3 companies . Elyias , 1 of 3 contractors , was the only one to return my call promptly . He came on very short notice (1day) and on a Sunday ! 2 of my neighbors decided on the spot to contract his services after mine and Elyias performed the services for them immediately . After the job was done I did a quick check and confirmed that my gutters were clean and free from debris . He is pleasant, clean and professional .His services were thorough and prices were reasonable . I would not hesitate to use his services again .

JC DUCTBUSTERS Ltd were great to deal with. Got my vents cleaned on my home along with the dryer vents which helped so much. Never thought of cleaning them but now my dryer is much more affective and drys faster. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in details and take pictures to show you as well. Also my heater stopped working one day and luckily they were over fixing something else already and for a small fee they were able to fix it and repair it off hours so my son would have heat for the night.
