Sean and Lou did an excellent job of cleaning our white carpets, bathroom floor tiles and couch! Carpets hadn't been cleaned for 5 years and they removed all the pet stains from our puppy (vomit, urine and dirt) to make the carpets look brand new. The grout between the tiles in the bathroom were a deep dark brown and now they are a creamy white again. You can tell they worked hard to make sure everything was done thoroughly. The team from Greenworks came to clean 6 units in your townhouse complex on the same day and were wonderful, flexible and did an OUTSTANDING job. A lot of us have small children and they worked with our nap schedules etc to ensure we were ok and offered to come back for one of the families who had to cancel last minute. They got out stains I did not think were coming out including green oil pastels, black charcoal and a couple potty training accidents! Their onsite team was kind, mindful in their COVID protocols and were not disruptive while I worked at home during the cleaning. I knew we were going to have to bring in a carpet cleaner, but given the colour and size of the stains, I was really doubting they could be removed and was already stressing about recarpeting our brand new townhouse. Greenworks uses tough yet gentle green cleaners that get the job done but are safe for pets and the environment, which was important to me (plus they smell like oranges, it was actually really pleasant!). But more importantly, they got ALL the stains out. Every single one. And for a super reasonable price. Greenworks is a kick-ass carpet cleaning company - don't go anywhere else. Seriously.

With GreenWorks, you just make the call (they are very responsive), arrange a convenient time (they are very accommodating), Sean arrives right when he's supposed to, gets the job done and charges a very reasonable rate. I'll be calling them back over the summer to do carpets and mattresses. Safe to say that I'm a big fan of GreenWorks and would highly recommend their service.

We have used this company for our steam cleaning needs for many years. They are reliable and no up charges, as quote is provided for exact service requested. On top of doing great regular cleaning, one of the best part for us is, if you have a dog that is elderly or puppy, they can get the smells and stains out. It is a pet treatment to carpets and all you have to do is let them know, as it does take a little more time, but so worth it. They also steam clean your vehicle with all treatments they use in your home. I will not even take one-time special offer from other company, as did that once a very long time again and no were near the same results.

I have a cat that has frequent fur balls. I clean this up with a Little Green Machine whenever it happens but this still leaves stains behind on my beige carpet. I thought I was going to have to change the carpet but decided to try GreenWorks to clean it. When I showed them pictures of the stains by e-mail, they said there was a 50/50 chance they'd be able to clean this but Sean, the technician, did an awesome job and the carpet looks like new.
