We had some special requests that they don't normally do on a regular basis which they easily accommodated, in addition: we needed to switch times and days around last minute which they made work for us. Also, Kari was promptly communicative and proactive. The best part- they got the wine stain out of the white carpet! I would recommend this cleaning service. Kari really went above and beyond. Look no further if you are wanting a professional clean of your home or office. Kari and Jay are the best! I have used other large cleaning companies who always undelivered either on performance or reliability. Kari and Jay show up on time all the time and will clean your house like your mother used to.......nothing gets missed. One week I had some wax residue in one of my bathrooms that I could not shift after many attempts. Kari came in and I told her the problem. What wax? was her response. They are that good. Excellent value for money and the nicest people. And they love dogs! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Kari and Jay are polite and friendly, and communicate regularly. They show up when they are scheduled, and are always willing to do extra little jobs as needed. Their prices are higher than average, but they notice details that many others do not, and they try to use environmentally friendly supplies. Now they also offer power washing services, so your outside areas can be cleaned as well.

People need to realize when you pay more for your services that are these reasons you get the best! I have had many cleaners in the past where I have paid very very low rates and I have never been happy regardless of them spending 8 hours or 5hours in my house. I have learned trying to find cheap services doesn't mean your saving money in your pocket but more less spending more time stressing out on how the house is not clean.
