A friend of mine recommended Victors' Clear and Clean. I read the reviews and now i can understand why he gets so many 5 stars. He very professional and extremely polite and courteous. He goes out his way to make the customer completely satisfied. I need my gutters cleaned and a gutter leaf guard system installed and some roof water barrier installed along with my wood gables that were rotted, need to be cut or replaced. Well, Victor and his partner completed all necessary work with pictures of completed work. I was very happy with the job he completed. I needed some sealant in my gutter which he did not need to do but was willing to come back on a dry day to complete it. Very happy about that. Will definitely be recommending his services to family and friends!

I just used this company to clean my patio awning and clean my gutters. Let me just say Victor is just amazing. Quickly answered the phone, showed up same day to check the space out, and give me a quote, and his bundling was amazing on price as well. On cleaning day, showed up on time, did an amazing job (even cleaned the roof of my toolshed for free) and left. No hassle, no check in required, just great quality work, and seamless billing. Victor, I wish all businesses were like yours, and I can say, I will not even try to look for anyone else. For any outdoor work, you are our guy.

I recently hired Clear & Clean Home Services to complete a job at an apartment building I manage. Specifically a 3 level parkade which was quite the undertaking (hadn't been touched in 3 years). One of their uniformed staff arrived 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment and began with thanking me for choosing clear and clean. We did a quick walkthrough to confirm the work order as well as a viable water source for the job and they got right to it. They exceeded my expectations in both their work and friendliness. I felt that they were there to best service my building's needs. I was confident from their professionalism that they'd take care of my building and curious/ inquisitive tenants with care. Prior to contacting clear and clean, I had called a few of the larger local companies. They way over quoted and couldn't complete to the job until late August! I am more than confident that you will have the same experience I did if you decide to go with this awesome company, I highly recommend.

Victor did such a great job cleaning my deck and rails! It was so disgusting from the fall/winter grime and spring pollen and dust, but Victor transformed it into such a pleasant space. Victor did an amazing job on my property. He was able to work with my demanding schedule and was hard working, extremely professional and best of all did an amazing job. They were so thorough and didn't cut any corners. In fact, they went above and beyond by moving lawn furniture and heavy planters and the end result was nothing short of perfection. Victor the owner even made a special trip back the next day to ensure I was 100% satisfied by cleaning a hidden and awkwardly placed skylight with a crack in it that they couldn't finish before dark. I have a huge property built on the side of a mountain that is a much more difficult job then your average home or building and while many others could've come up with excuses to go over hard to reach areas Victor and his crew came with results! It is becoming rare to find locally owned businesses that don't outsource and take pride in their work like clear and clean did and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to book them for a job big or small. The only thing more impressive than the quality of their work was the value! Thank you Victor it was truly a pleasure to have you work on my property I will certainly be using your services again in the future and recommending you to anyone who could benefit from your services. From our first encounter when Victor came to give us an estimate to the finished product we knew that we were dealing with a consummate professional. Victor’s work surpasses anything that that we have ever had done in our house ( we have lived here for forty years ) .
