Fantastic service!! Jason was a superb technician who did a wonderful job. As we are moving this week, it was a last minute request for booking and the owner Jo was able to fit us in on our time schedule. It took 3 hours, because of how filthy the grill was, and the results are amazing - the grill looks like new. Highly recommended for anyone who has a dirty bbq :)

This was as no touch, zero stress, set it and forget it as you can get. With COVID life, both the wife and I work from home and are on back to back calls so having to shepherd a service provider is difficult during the work day. Not so with BBQCLEAN's team. Their team member arrived, well protected with all his cleaning supplies, I showed him to the BBQ while on a call, and then came back a couple hours later and it was all done and put back neat and tidy. And my 4yr old BBQ looks brand spanking new. Wish everyone would show up with this level professionalism and self sufficiency. My second time using their service and won't be my last.

Where do I begin?!? We have been using BBQ B Clean for something like 5 or 6 years. We rarely use our oven as the BBQ is so handy. Just roll it up to the patio door and put out the awning if it’s raining. The result of cooking meat in the BBQ rather than in the oven is, to us, much more appealing. As such, it needs a good, thorough cleaning annually. Just a short email to Jo and the appointment is set up. I've had BBQ B Clean to my apartment twice now and I don't even own a BBQ! I have this company regularly clean the cast metal stove top grates on my gas stove, the oven and the grouting in my shower. How the technicians like Mattias go about their work is efficient, professional, careful and the results, certainly in my case, are always as good if not better than expected. Jo, who manages the office and books the calls, is very courteous and accommodating. My BBQ was filthy from some flareups and also from a bunch of neglect.I was seriously considering just buying a new BBQ, that's how gross it was. But I contacted BBQ B Clean, and even though they were really busy, they were able to accommodate my request for a weekend call-out. Chris came and was super friendly, professional, and did a spectacular job of cleaning my BBQ. The patio was left in a perfectly clean condition (which was something I couldn't say about my own last attempt at cleaning), and my BBQ is sparkly clean, and does not look like it's suffered my years of neglect and misuse. And WOW, it's like it's a brand new BBQ. They were on time, professional, polite, efficient. "It sparkles" is not a term I ever thought my spouse would use, and there you have it. When we took the cover off our BBQ a couple weeks ago after the winter season we were horrified to see the see the condition the grill was in—covered in mold. Honestly, it was so bad we weren't sure if it would even be salvageable. BBQ Clean came out a few days later after a prompt response and made our BBQ look brand new again. This would have been a major headache for us to accomplish on our own, assuming that it even would have been possible. We're completely satisfied with the entire experience and will use their services again for ongoing maintenance. Can't wait to get cooking!

TJ worked away cleaning all the time outside while we stayed in. Not even any paper work to sign as the invoice came by e-mail. He did a terrific job so now our BBQ will perform and look better.
