Absolutely horrible service. To say things were “half cleaned” would be an overstatement; I wish I could attach pictures to this review. We tried calling several times and left multiple voicemails expressing our concerns immediately after coming home to their “work” and didn’t even receive so much as a call back. THEN they had the audacity to bill us for a second cleaning service since we had originally signed up for biweekly cleaning. Believe me if we could get through to someone over the phone we would have unsubscribed. Worst cleaning company we have ever used by far

I asked for 2 people for 2 hours for a full general cleaning on my condo 1 Bed + 1 Bath, no Children, no Pets. The supervisor told me 1:15 would be enough, I disagreed and told them I was not rushing them, I wanted a good job done, no time pressure. They called after 1:30 saying they were done. When I arrived they were already ready to leave. After they left I had to clean the shower stall as it was still full of soap scum, had to dust most of the shelves, vacuum, clean the kitchen counter, above the fridge and many other places. Still had to pay for the service that I did not get. Will not recommend or use their services again. BAD experience.

I rarely leave 1 star reviews but it is warranted in this case. *READ ENTIRE REVIEW I have used this company once where things went well and the following 2 appointments were a disaster that resulted in them never even coming. On the 2nd supposed cleaning no one showed up for over an hour past the scheduled time. The worst part was that they didn't even call me until 45 minutes past the scheduled time to let me know they were late. I told them to not brother as we had essentially tided up ourselves. I reached out to the manager Kira and told her how inconvenient this was that we had to end our work days early to accommodate a cleaning that never happened. I was assured this wouldn't ever happen again and therefore I rebooked their service for a month later for 4:15pm. Sure enough the day before I get a call from the manager asking if we can do 2 instead of 3:30 which wasn't even the original time. I explain that I work and can't leave midday to accommodate their change in plans. The manager agrees to 4 and we leave it at that. On the day of the cleaning we prep the house again and as 4 comes and goes there is no one at our place or anyone who has made contact. We then get a call at 4:50 stating that they will be there at 5:15 and will clean until 7. This is the exact same situstion as last time. I sent several emails on the Friday prior to hearing from the cleaners asking for an update and only heard back from the manager Kira on the Monday who said she was sorry but that they can't control situations like traffic. No offer to make it right or rectify the situation in the least. I never write long winded reviews but I think choosing to let someone in to your home is a decision made on trust and reliability and I can't recommend this company to anyone.
