I use A Glass Act today for the first time and I am VERY happy with them. I live on the water, a hillside home, and have a lot of glass. Salt, wind, and dust is not my friend. The guys did an outstanding job, were very professional, and for the first time my atrium skylights have no markings from when they were first installed - and I have had them cleaned before by other companies! They also power washed the decks and were helpful about some staining on them. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Kirby and his team came by to do our exterior windows including a second story 10' partial glass roof. The roof has many trees over top and it gets a lot of sap and debris and is challenging to clean. Kirby worked his magic and the glass looks amazing and the gutters are clear, couldn't be happier. We were so pleased with the clear communication and high quality of work that Kirby provided through A Glass Act. We recently renovated our home and had the exterior painted. Unfortunately, the painters did not cover our windows properly, which resulted in green paint over spray on our brand new windows and window frames. Kirby was able to determine how to remove the paint from both the windows and the frames. He provided us a quote and clearly outlined how he would approach the work. Some of the paint was stubborn to remove, and he worked diligently until the surface was perfectly clear. He is professional and thorough in his work, and the result is that our windows and frames look brand new again. We are thrilled! He was also provide education and suggestions on how to remove paint from our deck rails and how to maintain our windows. The final job was the same price as the quote, and we are extremely happy. We would highly recommend Kirby and will hire him again.

We've used Kirby for years to power wash and clean our gutters. When we needed some painting done we thought we'd try out his painting services too. So Kirby introduced us to Al. Al and his paint crew did an excellent job on our renovation project. They completely painted the interior of our 4900sq ft home in a timely manner. Painting is really the crowning touch. It's what stands out after the drywall and millwork is done. Al is a real gentleman. He cared about and did his best to finish so our family could move in. As other trades ended up requiring more time to finish. Al had to juggle and reschedule his team to accomodate our shifting timelines. And then Covid19 hit. Al made arrangements with us to make sure his team was safe. And when his time to finish before the movers came in was compressed, he and his team worked harder to make the deadlines. Their quality of work is excellent. Al, Ray and Ashton spent the time to properly prep, tape, sand and caulk surfaces and trim. Al's cutting is great - sharp and clean lines. They used a combination of spray, back rollering, brush and roller work. End result was a consistent colour on all surfaces. There were some contractors you need to be around to make sure everything was OK. With Al and his crew we didn't have to worry about that. Al was one of the few trades we completely trusted. Not only was he helpful from start the with colour choice & combinations and finishes, he would share advice from time to time that helped us with other aspects of our reno. On the top of all this - his quote was one of the lower ones. When we are ready to paint the exterior, will definitely have Al and his team back. Al gets an A+ for quality of work, timeliness and customer focus.

Absolutely awesome work. Kirby came with his co worker to clean my chandelier. My chandelier was very dusty and there was no shine. They cleaned my chandelier and made it look as new. THE BEST WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, and having built over 1200 units across the lower mainland, I have seen A LOT of cleaners attempt to clean windows and glass. Kirby first worked at our home where he cleaned the soot and grime off the white gutters and facia, including the downturn flashing at the roof edge... PLUS scrubbed down the white aluminum carport cover to a like-new condition.... PLUS did the windows (which he cleans INSIDE and OUT, along with the screens that we remove and re-install) and a large wall-hung mirror that gets direct sunlight for half the day and highlights every smudge or spec of dust. I then asked him to fit in a trip to my office to clean 7 windows for me and he ended up doing half the building including my lobby and interior glass railings, which have not been that clean since the day they were installed! He also managed to clean a glass canopy that so much grime and green stuff baked on to it by the sun that it almost seemed like a solid canopy..... came out looking brand new and in only a few hours total. Very reasonable prices for a guy who has all the right tools and gives that level of quality with a customer-first-so-do-it-right attitude. I will never use anyone else (Kirby, that means you can never retire)!!!

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. I contacted A Glass Act Window Cleaners because I have floor to ceiling windows in my living room, and no matter how hard I tried, I could not get them cleaned myself. Communication was great. We scheduled a time a few weeks later due to the weather, and they arrived on time as promised. Kirby was friendly and did an awesome job. My windows have never looked better! He also cleaned the skylights, and did a superb job. I would highly recommend this company. I will have them out again to clean my windows, as well as my gutters and roof. Great job!
