I used this service for my MIL for once a month cleaning. It's a small area. The first few cleans went amazing but than the last three they really just showed up to get paid. My mother in law is really nice with a disability, we allowed the cleaning team to come up with a rate they found fair. They also insisted noone to be at her home while they cleaned so she would have to arrange to leave for the hour or hour and half they were there for. When I asked for details on what was cleaned for the last visit, to determine if there wS something else, noone replied. I asked again about the dissatisfaction of the last three cleans - no one replied and also ignored my calls. Still waiting for that call back.
