The smell from the rancid mops has driven me to write this review. I just cant stand it. Then to top it off, I see the staff first wipe the toilet bowl, then the sink taps with the same rag!! that is so gross and unprofessional. Lastly, the smell of cigarette smoke on the cleaning staff (if you can call them that since they don't wear uniforms, and are on their phones for the entire shift), is so powerful, my wife asked if I had taken up smoking when I got home!
