I love her flexibility to use her own products or my Norwex environmentally-friendly products and my house is truly squeaky clean when they are done! Squeaky Clean is trustworthy and affordable but the biggest value in relying on Michele and her crew is that they have given me back time with my family because we don’t have to spend hours after work or on the weekends cleaning the house. We own and operate a vacation rental in Niagara Falls. Our regular cleaner was on vacation and our backup cleaner bailed on us last minute. We called Squeaky Clean off a referral and they saved us big time. Michelle and crew came out short notice and flipped the property for us, and didn't cut corners either. Great 1st time home cleaning compared to the previous service we were using for years. Thank you, Ladies! After the 2nd cleaning, huge downward spiral, completely missed an entire room, 3rd time, even bigger... 1/2 dusted, didn't move anything when vacuuming or washing floors. Huge squeak in my clean and 20% higher than big name cleaners. We have 2 dogs so the help is needed, not on board here.

Squeaky Clean has been servicing my Niagara University college student rental unit for the past 6 months. Michele the owner has always done a great job for me. At times I would need her to work around the college students schedule. Asking her to do a little extra just to make the place look better and most importantly protect my investment from further damage. From the onset I gave her a set of keys to the house and she is very accommodating to the broad schedule that my tenants/students have.
