We were here for Slo-Pitch Provincials (200+ teams) and it rained. Our team was wet and muddy, so we took our laundry here. They were very friendly and had it done with-in 1 hour with no notice. They took good care of our stuff, keeping the stuff that can't be put in the dryer separate and folding it all, and for a fair price, and not far from the centre of town. If it rains next year, we'll go back for sure!

I had a two piece suits that needed to be dry cleaned and I went to Manor cleaners. Hanif runs Manor cleaners formerly known as Colonial Cleaners. He does top shelf work, he made a two-year-old suit look brand new. I also found the customer service to be excellent, he was willing to accommodate a rush order for me with literally no time to spare. He took a silk shirt and vest to be washed, pressed and delinted with 3 hours to do it. Excellent service and results I will definitely be using manner cleaners in the future.

Very clean bright space. Good washers and great dryers. Great business. I would say it could open earlier, use more seating and parking but we were just visiting the area for a weekend, so maybe there isn't a demand by locals for it. Recommend!

I have been going to Manor cleaners since I moved to Niagara Falls in June 2020. This place has very affordable washing, drying, and dry cleaning. My experince here is always so delightful. The man who runs Manor Cleaners is a very kind honest human. He always welcomes us here with open arms as if this business is apart of his home. Truly he makes this place such a special place to do my laundry, because I'm not just washing clothes, I'm developing a relationship with a wonderful human who is passionate about life. I learn alot from him as we talk while washing my clothes. And there is also alot of plants in here as well, so it has a feeling of alot of life going on here. I highly recommend this place, not only do I cleanse my clothes, but I also cleanse my soul with the wisdom this man has to offer about life. <3

I have been residing in Niagara Falls downtown since past 2 years. This place has been consistently delivering heartfelt service. I have never experienced such hospitable environment in a laundry setup anywhere till yet. The owner Hanif is authentic, friendly and he recognises each and every one who visits his laundromat. Nothing is impossible for him, he always care and takes a step ahead to assist his customers. He deserves a recognition. I personally recommend people to launder at his place. PS: He also offers 30 % discount on dry cleaning.

I recently started coming here for my laundry day and always had a pleasant time. The place is clean and bright with plenty of machines to use, so you're not waiting around for other people to be done. The owner is very friendly and seems very helpful when needed. They also offer dry cleaning and alterations service which i haven't used yet, but I'll be coming here when i need to. Great place overall.

I am undergoing renovations at home and I am without laundry facilities for an extended period. I pass this laundromat daily and thought I would try it out for my weekly wash day during this time. I was so pleasantly surprised with the place. There are lots of different sized washers and plenty of dryers and everything is very clean. But it's the staff that makes the place what it is. The friendly man who runs it is so helpful and accommodating to everyone who walks in the door. I am in business myself and I love it when I find an establishment that so obviously prides itself on looking after their customers. It has been a pleasure to spend an hour or so here every week, doing my laundry and watching an expert in customer service excel in his job. Top marks and the birds manage to make me smile Too! I have been visiting this place since September and I'd say this is the best place to do your washing and drying. The machines are are well equipped and technologically advanced. The space is used and we do not need to wait for machines to get emptied because there's enough machines installed. This is my place to do laundry in Niagara.

This establishment is professional, clean and kind at all times. There’s numerous laundromats in the area and it truly stands out amongst them. Prices are fair and the dry cleaning has always come back impeccable. We use their laundromat weekly and it’s a pleasure to sit amongst his lineup and cared for plants, and visit with his loved bird Kiki. Best laundromat in the city. I have been using this laundromat for years and continue coming here due to its convenient location, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service. The building is kept clean and accessible with an inviting atmosphere. There are chairs to sit in, a television, a fish aquarium, and even a beautiful cockatoo named Kiki, that you can enjoy if you choose to stay while your clothes are in the machines. If you want to go out and run errands instead, you can feel secure that your clothes will not go missing. There are lots of stores within walking distance, including Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Country Fresh, Niko's fry truck, and Tim Hortons if you want to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. The owner is friendly and approachable and offers assistance when needed. There was one time I had a stain on one of my pairs of pants that I couldn`t get out so he got his own products and got the stain out for me at no charge. There are tables where you can fold your laundry after it is done. Dry cleaning is also offered. Last year my winter coat was in rough shape after being in storage and smelled awful; when I got my coat back from Manor Cleaners it looked and smelled amazing. The owner recycles (think of how many empty detergent bottles must accumulate!), which is an added bonus if you are environmentally conscious.
