Fast service great prices.

Instead of removing vent covers to vacuum our ducts, the representative bent them to fit in the vacuum. He only had to remove two screws. The representative also neglected to vacuum a section of our ductwork close to the furnace. Overall, very poor job. Head office has been difficult to work with and lack basic customer service skills.

The Home Depot cleaning service (Niagara) provided by Russ was outstanding. He took his time to ensure the carpet was properly cleaned. After completion, the carpet looked practically brand new. The carpet was lush, fresh and clean again. Even some of the more traveled areas, such as the stairs looked revived. In addition, the perimeter of the carpet (which was in rough shape) was now free from dust and dirt that seemed embedded there. Overall, I was extremely happy with the quality of the carpet cleaning and would highly recommend Home Depot’s Carpet Cleaning service. Rino

I moved in to a home where 4 people smoked 2 packs of cigarettes for approximately 7 years. The place was unbearable to be in for any length of time. Alex came in to do the duct cleaning. The before and after pictures were remarkable. It was a transformation beyond my expectations! The smell of smoke is gone! The customer service is excellent. The duct cleaning is excellent! I would highly recommend this company.

We have a 4 year old home and had two bedrooms plus a hallway done before our new baby arrives. They had to come back a second time because they missed spots the first time, and even then the carpet just appears splotchy. The areas that were cleaned look no cleaner than the bedroom that we didn't have cleaned. I don't recommend, but no complaints about the employees, they were nice.
