We recieved a nice sectional but it was filled with pet hair and odour and a very musty as well. We found BritePro after a quick Google search and saw many good reviews. You could book online and see prices as well which was very nice. Jack showed up on time and went straight to work. The sectional was quite the job but he did not rush it, he was very thorough and it came out amazing. Looks like new. I have already recommended him to a neighbour and would to anyone else seeding these services.

The representative of BritePro arrived at our house exactly on time. As it turned out the representative was actually the owner of BritePro. He appeared very professional and courteous at the door. He was wearing his Covid 19 mask. He brought all his equipment to the door and them immediately put on his protective plastic booties to protect our interior floors. He explained his process and the steps we were to follow after he left. He performed his cleaning very efficiently, cleaning up as he finished each area. His process used minimal water so that the drying time was quick. There was absolutely no chemical smell after he left. He phoned later in the day to make sure we were happy with his work. The next day when the carpets were completely dry they looked like new. We will definitely be calling BritePro in the future to do further carpet cleaning.

Awesome Experience! The owner, Jack, is a responsible caring young man. He was on time, polite and extremely organized. Having had carpets for 26 years we have used many carpet company's over the years but I have to say BritePro will be our only company we use now. With a new puppy having gone through potty training and a bladder infection there were several areas that needed extreme attention. Jack's attention to detail removed all the spots and odour and yes with his low lying fans we were able to walk on our carpets within 2 hours! So happy with everything!! I was able to book my appointment and services online. Jack was quick to respond to confirm the appt time and services needed. I had an 8x10 area rug cleaned (which now looks brand new and was dry in 30 minutes) and two mattresses which also came out super clean - those took a bit longer to dry, but less time than other companies I’ve used. I would recommend Jack again and again and will use BritePro again any time I need something professionally cleaned. Thanks again!!
