Don’t be fooled this restoration company isn’t the right choice. They have taken months to repair a small bathroom mostly due to the fact they hire unreliable sub contractors. These sub contracts look like prison work teams and behave like teenagers....today I caught one of them peeing by my doorstep. They shut of my water for eight hours with no notice and continually walk into my house without knocking. Very unprofessional people

My wife and I recently had a summer home constructed by Belfor, St. John’s, NL. This was a custom build of our dream cottage and I was allowed access to the property at all times during construction. The project manager, Steve Pike, was very pleasant to deal with. He was on site throughout the building of the property and was an active participant in the construction process. In all my dealings with him there was never an issue. The inside of the property was finished in ¾ by 6 NL spruce and the attention to detail with mitred joints was phenomenal. As with any new build there were a few minor things that did crop up after we took possession however with one phone call these where dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with our cottage and if we were to build another I would certainly look to Steve and Belfor to build it. R.B.

very poor wages , and a trend of wrongful dismissal..... idn how or understand why you would fire someone before Christmas time for not being able to come into work b/c of a serious accident that wasn't even there fault.. supposed to be an understanding company that help family's.. not the kind that screw them over like that.... you're going to have to find a couple new guys... a lot of people are not impressed with this business would not recommended by me

Unprofesional. Unreliable. No consistency. It's been 9 months and counting, stuff is still not done. It has gotten to the point I started fixing/finishing things myself. The project manager, Dean, refuses to respond to any call or text. He smells, is shady, a liar, and shows up unannounced when you don't respond to him. I had to change the locks after he refused to finish the job, or give me my key back. There's still tape on my walls from when we did a walk around, in hopes to finish everything- which he didn't. My counter tops are not level or even, his guys broke my antiques (which I was told I would be given something to store my stuff in, and that didn't happen) then tried to deny that anyone on his team broke anything. Never will I ever use them again, nor would I ever recommend them!!!! I recommend avoiding this company at all cost!

WORST WORST company to use. Not even worth 1 star but had no choice if I wanted to warn you about this company. They start off as helpful but in the end they hire street people to do work for you and you can't trust who's coming in. Never the same people come in. They also try to make you pay for the same work they charge the insurance company. Our claim started in April 2020 when we had a flood in our basement. They packed wet product in the storage container with dry stuff and now things in the container molded. When we fired them from our claim cause we felt we were being taken advantage of they send us a brand letter at Christmas time. There receptionist Amanda sends us an email giving us 3 days to empty the container by the 29th or else they gave permission to container company to take our property. Thank God Cameron from Huston Grant Adjusters came in to save the day. Beware of this terrible company and there staff

We needed a 4am emergency board up after break in at our store. The gentlemen who responded were very professional and took great pride and care in their work. Their number one priority was to secure the door without causing any further damage. The break in involved only the glass and not the frame of the door. They took great care to not damage the frame and cause the whole door to be replaced. When the gentleman from Lawrence glass came the next day, he was very impressed with their workmanship. Most of the board ups he's seen has caused further damage to the frame, resulting in the whole door to be replaced. The response time was also very prompt and they did clean up and vacuum once they had completed the work.
