Dropped off a blazer for dry cleaning on Saturday and was given a pickup date of Thursday. On Thursday, I arrived to pick up my blazer and had lost the pickup slip. I showed the owner a photo of my item and she stated that they were not able to locate my item and to come back the next day. I mentioned that I required the jacket for a flight and finally noticed that the item was still sitting in a pile of clothes. When I asked her if it was clean, she insisted that it was. I was skeptical but decided to take her word for it given the positive reviews for their services. When I got home and took a closer look at the blazer, I immediately noticed strong cigarette odours and visible stains. It was clearly unwashed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and integrity and will not be returning.

I had a winter jacket altered. She did such an excellent job and reasonable price. Such friendly people!

Seen in background of season 1 episode 20 of supernatural. Sam and Dean are inside the diner across from this cleaner. The color scheme on the diner changed a tad, but the address 821 is still visible at 4min40sec into show and you can see Sam and Dean through the front window.

Great customer service! They do a great job and have the best prices in town. They do everything from dry cleaning, washing/ironing shirts and alterations. The only place we will go and trust.
