Excellent services! There were some really old stains on the carpet which the previous cleaner could not take them off. My friend recommended steam butler and they did an excellent job! My carpet looks so new and smells so fresh. I would recommend this to anyone who needs good carpet cleaning services at great prices.

I found Steam Butler through Groupon, as I needed to get my apartment's carpets cleaned prior to moving out. I called and explained to them that it was an apartment, as well as instructions on how to get there, and the buzzer number. After making the booking, I purchased the Groupon. A couple of weeks later - a day before the planned cleaning appointment - they called me to let me know that their Groupon no longer applies for apartments. After getting extremely annoyed, as I called prior to purchasing specifically for this reason, they agreed to proceed with the scheduled carpet clean. I was not happy with the last minute attempt to make money out of me, but I appreciated that they agreed to proceed with the clean. On the day of the the clean, they were due to arrive at 11:30am. I received a call at 10:30 saying that the cleaner was at the apartment. I was at work, but told him I could be there by 11. So I left work early and arrive back just before 11. I tried to call the cleaner 5 times over the span of 15 minutes, and heard nothing. I then called the company and explained to them that the cleaner was nowhere to be seen. They told me they don't know what to do, and go downstairs to look for him. Eventually, the cleaner called me, and he came up to the apartment at 11:30 - the scheduled time - after forcing me to take time out of my work day to find him. I don't know if he was sleeping in his car or just didn't care, but he was in no way apologetic, nor did he seem to care. He didn't even acknowledge that he had multiple missed calls from me. I am not sure why it's my responsibility to locate your cleaner, when I have provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment, you need to have more respect for people's time. Also, consider hiring more competent people to undertake the cleaning. After a time wasting experience like this, it's hard to have any kind of regard for the quality of the service provided.

Great atmosphere and interesting decor, especially the mural of the pope. However this will pales in comparison to the quality of the food. Love the idea of having cheese as a starter, and man their selection was amazing. If you want something incredibly tasty go for the lasagna, you can't go wrong with that choice.

We've got Tom to come cleaning to clean our pet-stained carpet and the kitchen floor. Although he arrived a bit late than the appointment (~15 mins). It was a very good job getting rid of the stain. Also staff is very professional and polite. The whole job was done within an hour. When we called for the appointment, the lady on the phone did mention that they may not be able to get rid of the stain. But eventually they did a really good job removing the stain!! Very happy with the result!!

A friend recommended Steam Butler to me and I was not disappointed! Taking care of the elderly can sometimes be messy, and Steam Butler was not only able to get "accidents" out of the carpet, they removed old stains too! My carpet ended up looking as clean as it did on the first day we moved into this house. I would highly recommend them.

I have 3 beautiful carpets. A Turkish, Moroccan and another wool carpet. I have had them for 10 years and somehow they had lost they luster. Steam Butler picked them up, THOROUGHLY washed and dried the carpets ensuring that each step was complete. They took the appropriate time to complete each process so that the wool wouldn't distort and that the colors would stay bright and beautiful. My carpets were dropped off at my home and were more gorgeous than I remember! If you are in doubt......do it. take them to these guys! you will remember why you fell in love with your carpets the first time !!

As I was recommended by a friend to hire Steam Butler for their high standard of services. I contacted them and an appointment was scheduled immediately for the next business day. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30. My home is almost 35 years old and as a result, the carpet and floor tile in our kitchen and bathrooms had a lot of dust and dirt amalagated despite routine vaccumming and cleaning. Once Steam Butler had performed the service on my carpet and the tiled flooring I was amazed as my carpet looked clean and the floor tiling looked brand new and sparkingly white. The Steam Butler respresentative informed me that they can also take care of my kitchen and bathroom countertops for a very reasonable additional add-on. I was extremely gratified with the excellent and professional service carried out for my home by Steam Butler. I would highly recommend Steam Butler for any of your cleaning needs. With Steam Butler you can be rest assured you will get the most bang for your buck!

This company was referred to me and I was blown away with the quality of service from my initial phone call. The gentlemen was so kind and explained the process very well! We got our couch, large chair, 2 area rugs, 3 bedrooms and stair cases done for much less than the competitors. He explained to me that they take the rugs away to clean them to make sure they are done right! I had no problem with this because I really wanted them cleaned perfectly. They were returned in the timeline he said and the man who delivered them was very nice and professional. The follow up phone call was appreciated too! High levels of customer service and I will always recommend Steam Butler, in fact I already have! Oh! And I noticed right away that the couch cushions felt like they were brand new again! I would highly recommend NOT buying Groupon for this company. I called to arrange service for cleaning my office carpet and the fellow seemed more interested in finding technicalities of why they could not honor the Groupon then actually booking a time. Oh well at least they got my $49 for doing NOTHING!!!

Steam Butler was amazing! Inder was extremely professional-on time and efficient. My stairs look great! He got stains out that I didn't even say I was concerned about because I gave up on them. In fact I had one particular stain worked on before (by a large orange carpet cleaning chain) and I had to be resigned to the fact I have to cover it with an area rug (pink stain in the middle of my daughter's room). As Inder left I assumed the stain would be there still but it's gone! Thank you Inder! Great service!

Inder did a great job of cleaning our carpet, including removing stains that the previous carpet cleaner wasn't able to do. Showed up on time and very thorough, also showing me where carpet was extremely worn so he had to be a bit careful going over it. Very reasonably priced due to Groupon. Paid extra for stairs which has been standard with all the previous cleaners we've had, but no gimmicks or sales pitches to pay more for anti-bacterial solvents (which are apparently not-environmentally-friendly) or other add-ons. Highly recommended.

I scheduled to have my couches cleaned from a Groupon offer I saw for Steam Butler. I was hoping when they came I could add my bed mattresses and a chair. Not only did they happily do the extra but a fantastic deal. Inder was a pleasure to deal with, he explained the process and made sure I was happy before he was finished.
