I received fantastic service from SmithWorks. Adrian, the cleaning technician, was cordial and professional and the results he produced were remarkable. I was hoping SmithWerks could make my sofa 'sing' again and they definitely hit the mark. Awesome results, awesome service. Don't hesitate to hire these folks if you need professional cleaning done.

We just got our sectional and rug cleaned yesterday and Luke did an amazing work. We hadn't cleaned either of them since we bought it 2years ago and we concerned about some of the stains. All the stains are gone and feel so clean now. Luke was very professional and polite.

Dave our technician arrived right on time with a HUGE smile! Friendly and courteous, Dave quickly demonstrated that he is a consummate professional asking questions regarding our area rugs to ensure the right cleaning solutions were used. Dave was able to get out all the 'gum' that had been dropped on our rugs (located in a commercial space) and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend SmithWerks - super responsive, easy to work with, great value and most importantly they do a really good job! I would definitely use their services again and most certainly would request Dave! If you are looking for a reliable company that cares about doing the job right - this is the one!!!

Very efficient appointment booking with their office. Luke and Sydney arrived even 5 minutes earlier than I did (I haven't moved into the place being serviced yet). The pair was very friendly, professional and efficient. The entire task was done while I was away to fill up the gas tank and get a cup of coffee. Excellent, would definitely recommend!

Adrian did an amazing job removing a stain left behind from a spilled drink on a very white carpet. I was not expecting the stain to. E fully removed but to my surprise the carpet looks good as new again! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet strain removal. This company is great! I called them and asked about the cleaning of some carpets and they were able to help with all my questions and I got an appointment with them 2 days later. The technician was very friendly in answering any further questions during his visit and acted in a very professional manner. The carpets look, smell and feel better than they did before as well. On the day if we met Dave on time and in full personal protective gear because of covid. We explained what he was going to do and had the biggest smile on his face. Had a well known company clean our couch 2 years ago and I was told that the accumulation of regular, everyday dirt would not come out. When I mentioned that I could spot clean it with pink solution and water, the technician shrugged his shoulders. The job was NOT good, and a complete waste of money. Communicating with Nick to book the appointment was very clear and efficient. Adrian was running slightly late the morning of due to traffic, but communicated the delay by calling which was not an issue for me. The service was done within the amount of time that was expected and the machine was lifted carefully up the stairs. Received an email receipt shortly after the service.
