The reviews I saw here were what grabbed me to go with SaraCares for my area rug cleaning, and I am so glad I did. Dana was professional, prompt, and did an absolutely amazing job with my carpet. He explained exactly how the process worked and answered all of my questions. He even re-attached some damaged backing to the carpet at no extra charge. Pick-up and deliver were very important to me, so the fact that SaraCares offered this service was vital. Overall an incredible job - I will certainly be getting in touch when the carpet needs a pick-me-up.

Carpets look clean and bright. They were on time and friendly. Would recommend them for sure. In these Covid days it felt weird that the service guy wasn't masked. We know better now that the virus is airborne and especially when coming into strangers' homes one would have thought masks reduce risks. I didn't mind that he didn't wear booties over shoes. I wonder if maybe I should have insisted he wear a mask and booties. I didn’t want to make a fuss stayed far away but on reflection that might have helped both of us.

We had two very large area rugs cleaned along with several smaller rugs as well as 24 stairs. One of the area rugs was full of cat urine. It is an expensive wool rug so we thought we would try and have it cleaned by SaraCares Carpet. I cannot say enough about Dana and his Company. He was able to get the stains out and neutralize the smell. My husband and I couldn't believe it! The attention to detail and customer service and satisfaction is second to none! Dana came over to clean a couple of spots on my mattress and not only did they come off, my mattress looked brand new (it's 8 years old). Also because of our allergies he gladly did a second round of cleaning with only the water so that very little soap residue would be left behind. This was our first time using SaraCares. I found them after doing a Google search. I received a quote from our previous cleaners and SaraCares. SC were about 10% less, so based on this and their great reviews I decided to go with them. This turned out to be a good decision. They cleaned all the carpets in our two bedroom basement suite, plus 13 stairs, to near new condition. There were several spill stains and the technician got all of them out, even the ones we had previously tried to clean with Resolve cleaner. The technician arrived on time, was very polite and did a professional job. SaraCares will be our carpet cleaners moving forward.

I inherited from my grandmother a very dirty and somewhat damaged (frills and the sides were chewed by mice) Persian rug. She bought in the Middle East many decades ago and very valuable. I decided to go with SaraCares because Dana provided an estimate on the spot, and talked me through what I services I can expect. Rug was very clean when I got it back. About $170 for the cleaning. I also got them to refringe the damaged frills (around $150). What came as a pleasant surprise was that they also fixed the edges of the no-frill sides (the longer sides of the rug) as well. Dana was very accommodating - dropped off the clean and repaired rug at 8am before we had to go to work. Overall very satisfied with the service. Note: This wasn't a rush job so I didn't give them a deadline -- it took a month from pick-up to drop-off. Some days I wondered what they were doing with my rug but I didn't mind. Can't comment on how the service would be if it were a rush job.

Professional and excellent service. Dana came right on time for the appointment. He explained the cleaning products he used. He even cleaned up after he was done cleaning the mattress. And the process only took 30 mins. Our 6-year old queen size mattress looked and smelled spanking new after he cleaned it! Definitely will use his carpet & upholstery cleaning service again, and strongly recommend his service.

We've been building our new home and were just ready to open it to our family and friends when one of our cats got any upset tummy and threw up all over our off-white natural wool carpet. Even after spot cleaning it didn't look right. Dana showed up the day after I called and came back 3 days later with the carpet looking better than it ever has. I'm very satisfied with the service I received today from Dana at Sara Cares. He was on time (early even) and was kind and courteous and patient with me and my kids as we got things organized. My carpets are clean and smell great and the price was very reasonable in comparison to other carpet cleaning companies I've used in the past. He was even able to get out old stains. I would definitely recommend and use Sara Cares again! 5 stars!

Should have written this last year. By far the best carpet cleaning we have ever had done. Thorough and courteous owner with attention to detail! Went above and beyond when we were moving the last few things and couldn't fit one large plant in our suv. He offered to deliver it to our new apt. I’m way overdue for this review! My apologies to Dana for the late review! It has been couple of months since Dana came to clean our carpet for the first time and let tell you that the service is A+! On time, friendly and job well done! Also he was very accommodating on my needs. We bought our place back in summer 2016 and pretty good keeping our place clean, but the carpeted stairs were taking a beating from the high traffic. He took care all of it and looked like new again! On top of that he gave me couple tips on carpet care before he left! I highly recommend them!

Sara Cares did an incredible job with my wool/silk blend area rug. I had a problematic stain from my cat getting sick on the rug. The stain had discoloured the rug. Dana Johnson was amazing. He came to pick up the rug, assessed the rug and gave me a price and an estimate of what could be done while he was on-site. He took the rug away to clean it and returned it approx 2 weeks later. Not only was the stain gone (or barely noticeable), he had cleaned the entire rug and it looked new again. I HIGHLY recommend Sara Cares. Dana was friendly and prompt, a true professional.

Incredible service from SaraCares. Our kitten had decided for some reason that one of the beds was his new litter box and SaraCares came out to give it a professional cleaning. I would highly recommend saracares carpet cleaning. very professional and arrive on time and are very careful to not nick wall corners or furniture etc. they cleaned my family room carpet but I noticed some streaking on the carpet the next day. I phoned to ask if they would come back and redo that section and they did within a few days. very polite and understanding and carpet looks great!!! very pleased and will use them again next yr! !????????awesome work ethic!!
