Terrible place. Asked to use the washroom and was told it's for customers only so I asked for some quarters and went to dry my and my friends jackets as it was pouring rain. Asked to use washroom again and was then told the toilet doesn't work the whole time being looked at like I was some kind of criminal or junkie. Also when I pulled the jackets out of the dryer there was rat dropping in the dryer aswell as the dryer next to it ????????

This is a good laundromat. We are living in airbnb near this laundromat so we came here to wash our clothes. The owners are very good. I forgot my phone here in the trolly but they kept it safely and went back and collected from the owner. Would come back again before leaving.

I use the laundry drop off service for my regular & perm press clothes, linens, and larger items like duvets and mattress covers. (I wash/hang my knits/delicates at home.) The service is prompt, very clean and perfectly folded. They're so friendly and professional, and I appreciate being asked each time if I prefer the scented products or not. Excellent business in my experience!

Takes less time for me to do my laundry here than at my apartment building, and a better price. Can't honestly ask for more. Everyone I've seen come in is cheery and chats with the owners. :)

One the the BEST laundromats I have been to. The owners are so helpful to people who are new to the place. Always have good convos with them. If you're looking for a new laundromat, I definitely recommend this one. Clean and friendly environment.

I don't use laundromats often, and I've only used this laundromat once so far, but will certainly return. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and were more than willing to assist me with using the machines are a noobie. They even went as far as guiding me to use the larger machines for the load I had as it would be cheaper than using 2 separate small machines. Between the welcoming service and convenience... I have zero complaints.

Super nice and neat laundry place! The laundry machines are very huge! I could put my two of queen size bedding stuff in and it was cleaned perfectly. Also all machines are very clean and it's very reasonable price. I will for sure going back to this place again!???? Good there is a free parking on the rear as well!!!

Drop off service is AMAZING.... I used them once at the beginning of COVID as my regular place was closed. I have kept coming here since - I don't mind going out of my way to use this as my laundry service.

This place isn't so spacious; however, was I ever surprised at how clean it was. Clean and well organized. We loaded up the washers and left, for a small fee they will transfer your wet laundry into the dryer. Customer service was superb, they attended to every customer set them up answered questions. -1 star because our clothes weren't entirely dry. Not sure how long they had put the dryer on for initially but we had atleast a bag full of items that had to be dried again when we got home. Also they are not allowing you to fold your clothes so wrinkles are obvious. Otherwise a great place is cleanliness and great customer service is your thing and an almost drop off service.

I have gone to a lot of laundromat in the area and this is by far the best one! Impeccably clean, new machines, friendly service, reliable drop off service and great rates. Whenever I come here I feel so welcomed and I look forward to my laundry day. The owner does her best to take out stains which wasn't required- she really goes above and beyond. The people coming to the business are also wonderful, lots of interesting stories to share, from all walks of life. It really feels like the business has created this unique, rare, strong community. I love supporting, hard working small business like this. I wish more small business was like this. I will be coming back again and again. Thank you for being a rare gem.

I utilize this coin laundry regularly, which is very clean, and the staff are always kind at all. Recently, I found that they have an alteration service. Meanwhile, I was looking for an alteration for my daughter’s prom dress. The dress they fixed was fantastic and perfectly fit on her body. In addition, the price was reasonable as well.

Their machines are not connected to hot water. That is why they wanted customers to leave right after the machine starts so that customers do not know they are not using any hot water. Don't go there. Cold water does not wash clothes well.

good value variety of machines for different load sizes. jumbo machines for large loads and large load dryers advaible. Clothes actually dry completely which normally is an issue I face at other establishments. Clothes seemed to come cleaner as well

This is a great place for laundry however even wearing a mask i believe staff should not be telling customers not to fold their clothes onsite.If customers spend money their they should be allowed to fold laundry.

I feel weird to leave a review for a laundromat but I couldn’t resist after I went to this one. Very nice and tidy place. Jina (I assume the owner) is just so helpful and kind. Great place to get your laundry done especially for someone like me who has never done laundry at a laundromat before. Parking is right at front of the place.

"Try it -- You won't Go anywhere else !! " This place is cleaner than the laundry room in my apt building...and I have now used this place for nearly 2 years & they have maintained a high level of service & cleanliness standards. They have various sizes - double, triple & one xlarge Quad size machines. Machines are always clean ! Yes, clean on top, all around the machine & clean Inside the Area where you pour in laundry soap, bleach !! The Dryers are huge & equally clean! Furthermore, the place itself is in tip top shape.Over the course of 2 years, owners have upgraded the walls, ceiling, lighting, think the floor will be next. At any rate, despite some renos, place is always clean, organized & labeled. You can do a white glove test in any spot & this place will pass!! More than one occasion I have walked in finding the owner, cleaning the top level shelving & top of fridge - (By the way he sells COLD water bottles & pop - so appreciated on a hot summer day) Give this place a try -- satisfaction guaranteed !

This laundry mat is clean and the machines are good. Parking is good out front and the service is excellent. The place is kept very clean not like most laundry mats which look more like a pawn shop. Try it out

This is the best laundrymat in NewWestminster by far! It is recently opened with brand new machines. The clothes come out smelling fresh and clean everytime. I think this is do to the owners who take very good care of the machines and are constantly cleaning and taking care of them. You can dry two loads of wash in one dryer in only 35 minutes and the clothes are competely dry, quite unlike other places I have experienced. The owner's are Jeanna and Jason. They are always smiling and very helpful. There is NO comparison between the qualilty service you receive and the state of the art machines. The price is reasonable with the smaller machines costing 2.50 per load . Some places maybe a little cheaper to wash but you can dry TWO loads in a medium dryer for .25 cents for 4 minutes...which is $2.50 The place is very clean and I highly recommend it!

Supposed to be open till 7pm. But last load at 5:30. What a joke. Came in at 5:45, place was empty, no customers, yet they would not let me do laundry. It's more likely a money laundering outfit, RCMP need to look into these crooks.

Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They provide change for machines, laundry detergent, bleach, stain removers and fabric softeners. There are large tables for folding. They have coffee and magazines, puzzles and books, and lots of seating. You can also rent DVD’s for a $2 deposit. A corner store and pizza place are next door for snacks or lunch. The machines are new and modern and do an excellent job. If you’re too busy or hate doing laundry they also do bulk laundry for a reasonable fee. I appreciate that the entire place is spotless. Excellent!
