He arrived 10 mins before the appointment time - a good sign in my books. He reviewed the process he was going to use on our wool carpeting; pre-treatment, cleaning etc. He worked quietly, efficiently, was tidy, careful, professional and very thorough. He spent time afterwards explaining the drying times and after care and he even gave us some excellent tips on spot cleaning and caring for our carpets so they would look great for a long, long time. Our wool carpets were a big investment for us so I am very happy we found Ron, Clean Works Carpet and Upholstery, who really understands his business, cares about his customers, uses high quality, environmentally safe products, does a fantastic job, all at very affordable pricing.
