I didn't come here for dry cleaning I came here to pick up my UPS parcel, it was relatively smooth and easy just have your slip ready along your ID the staff will ask you for the approximation for the size of the Parcel so that is easier to be located after a signature that you're good to go

Please do not take your delicate clothing here! I brought in a silk skirt to have dry cleaned and it was returned to me with a sizable hole in the back! And when I asked the staff about the hole they said that there is no way they could have done that and I must have brought it in like that. I was absolutely devastated! They didn't even want to talk to me, just blamed me for even thinking that they could do this. Also, the skirt was dry cleaned quite poorly, many stains were still present on the inside. This wasn't my first time bringing in clothes here to have dry cleaned, they have done okay work before, not worth the money, but after this hole mishap I absolutely will never go back and recommend that people don't bring in their more delicate items here. This dry cleaner is suitable for jeans only! Beware.

Had a package to pick up through UPS. Came in and greeted by two pleasant young ladies. Gave them my code and received my package. Prompt with no issues: seems past concerns noted by other customers have been dealt with. Good job.

Took 2 blazers and a wool coat here, the blazers were fine but the wool coat came back with pieces of the wool missing in various places... Nothing was done about it...

Previous owner (7-8 months ago as of the date of this review) was excellent. Polite, fast, good pricing. New owner has increased pricing substantially for the same work. Offered to do laundry service at the old rate. A shame. He's not the only dry-cleaning service in the city. I wish him luck. With his new rates he'll need it.

Had a dress with a lining and they cleaned and pressed for $20. They did an amazing job getting rid of the three of the four stains. The stubborn stain was more my fault since it had been in there for a couple of years! Very friendly middle Eastern couple. I will probably get them to clean my duvets too.

I tryied to do shorting for my pants last week and it cost me only 6:50$ dollars, also it took them a short time to finshed it and that was a fantastic job. I will visit them again to try the dry cleaning stuff.

Ok dry cleaning. Ok as ups pick up location. However two months ago they hemmed one leg of my trousers, and the hem came off. I went back to have it fixed and they charged me again, because “The way I put on my pants is wrong” (not joking, she actually said this to me). NOT coming back, ever. Not recommend this place to anyone either. What an easy way to lose your customer: blame them for something you didn’t do right.

Horrible work. The first time I went to this place I took 6 shirts. I had the clerk check them to make sure they can be laundered. When I when to pick them up 1 of the shirts they ruined and stained to the point they could not get clean even after I went back 2 more times for it. 2 shirts had some stains which they got out the 2nd time around after pointing them out. 1 had a wrinkled collar that I could not have worn, which they sort of fixed the second time. 2 of the shirts were still wrinkly but I took them anyway. One of them had double edged iron lines. AT the end they agreed that they would pay for the one shirt they ruined and they will call to arrange it. This was a week ago, but they never called. Needless to say I'll never go back.

Horrible horrible horrible experience! I was given half of my staff with the same stains and still charged for it. If you are presenting yourself as a dry cleaning business learn to dry clean, or determine that you are not able to take the stain away or take a hit and don't charge! The prices are not the best in town, let's admit. So everything that you were not able to clean is going to waist and in addition to that you lost a customer who will not be shy to spread the word. I am strongly convinced that all your 5 star reviews are fake and was written by your friends as your business expertise and ethic are down below acceptable level.

Business is also a UPS drop off location. Woman kept calling me and harrassing me about picking up an 18lb package when I don't drive, have a baby in a stroller and paid a pretty penny for shipping. She was beyond rude to the point of being aggressive. It looks like they have difficulties being successful at being a drop off centre based on the other reviews. UPS is aware of situation. If they are smart they will cut ties. Awful people. I can see how you wouldn't want to take responsibility for such rude behaviour, I have been in touch with a UPS supervisor and they will be handling the situation from now on.

Took my parachute deployment bag in for alterations on Wed Aug 16/17. Was told it would be ready for Sat Aug 19/17. They made a mistake and was told it would be ready for Sun Aug 20/17. Well guess what? It wasn't and not even in the store! I needed it for a formation skydive I was planning on for the eclipse! I'm suing for big bucks!

They ruined my wedding dress. The crystals on the waist has fallen off. They did not even informed my brother when he picks it up and was surprised when I got home. They even blame the seamstress that sewn the crystals on the dress that it is not tight enough. Dont blame others for your own fault. I am so dissapointed. You should have told me in the first place that this might happen and I should have refused. They charged me for $165 for dry clean and I am very confident that they will do their job but I guess Im totally wrong! Be informative with your customers of what might happen and just dont take it if youre unsure, what might happen!! I spent $50 just to sewn that crystals on and they've just gave me $25. Now, I have to spend again just to fix this!

I have my suit in for dry clean and also altered to fit my new size after loosing lot of weights..I already went to many places they said I can't reduce that much..my last stop here..by looking at it the owner told me he can do it ..I was in doubt anyway since I already tried many places but they can't .I let him do it.amazing the day I picked up I was so happy ..the suit was nicely pressed and clean and the alteration job was so perfect fit my slim body..price is acceptable..definetely will come back

They do a wonderful job of dry and wet cleaning and after cleaning for removing fuzz to have like a brand new over jacket again. I tried alterations too it so good with an innovative idea! Highly recommended

UPS Pickup - Tried to get a package which I originally missed and then got delayed due to the provincial holiday. Blaal (apologies if I misspell), the gentleman looking after the store saw me a few times and even opened the store for me when I arrived a couple of minutes after 7pm. Very thankful he did that as it was something I needed. Great, hardworking and friendly attitude. Thanks for your help

The first time I had picked up a package there more than half of the items were stolen. Someone had opened my mail and took over $500 worth of clothing items and then sealed the backsge shut again. Today was my second time dealing with this business. I received a mail slip and then called to make sure my item was there before picking it up. I called and a man told me to call back in 5 minutes while he looked. I called and he said “yes, there is a package here with your name on it.” I took a taxi to this business and a young man said there was no package there for me and that the man I spoke too on the phone had just left. He said “maybe he didn’t look and he just lied because there is no package here for you.” I wasted time, energy and money dealing with these people and this business. I spent $95 taking a cab there and back. These people are theifs, liars and extremely unprofessional.
