They were on time and quick. Our appointment was at 1320 and they had us in within 2 minutes of the time and had us out in less than half an hour. They didn't rush us through anything and explained all our options very thoroughly. Their prices were reasonable and their staff were very friendly and efficient. All the little things they did (coffee maker in the waiting area, putting our sticker on for us, etc.) really added up to a great experience. We will be going back next year

This location does a good job of undercoating your vehicle… And they are very thorough in doing so… The service leaves much to be desired… The office staff/management is not particularly friendly and the warranty is not worth the paper that it’s written on… Inevitably, if any rust occurs, there will be one reason or another, why the warranty is not applicable.... nevertheless, the treatment does a fairly good job in keeping the rust at bay.

These guys wrongfully fired me for taking medication prescribed to be by my doctor. I also asked if it affected my work, and he replyed and said No, i just dont want it around the work force. Expect to see these guys shut down soon. I spoke with Provincial Human Rights as they fall under a personal business. And they said they violated 2 of my human rights.

I had an appointment on Monday 29th. A snowy icy day. I walk with a cane and the wonderful care I received from Joseph to get from the car to the shop when I arrived and when I returned to pick it up was way beyond the norm. Much appreciated by me. He was there in a flash to provide help, even cleaning the ice and snow off the car. What terrific service. Thank you
