Used the laundromat the other day, it was very dirty in there, the washers and dryers smelled, there was dirt and debris built up in the dryers, dirt all over the floor, several broken washers and dryers and I saw a flea on the chair I was sitting in. When you ask for help or change the younger man is annoyed and rude. Do not walk away from your laundry as there are a lot of undesirable people hanging around there.

Every time I have been to Roy's, he has been nothing but nice to me, I live like 2 blocks away, so I am there a lot. The 1st comment said he answered ur question, did u make it clear that u had another question? I doubt it,

I'm doing my laundry here right now. Price is reasonable, at $2 for the washer, and $2 for the dryer. There's an ATM in the store to take out cash and the owner was kind enough to give me change without requiring me to buy anything. Overall, clean place, friendly owner, good prices.

Laundry washers are small so it forces you to use 2 to do a load. The main dryers don’t dry properly at all so u you end up putting in a lot of extra to dry and it doesn’t dry well. Only benefit is they have 1 good washer and 1 good dryer but it’s 4 dollars and higher to use them.

I even going there since it opened and his other store across the street since I was 5, { @bout 30 year, wow, lol} Anyway Roy has always been polite and always to this day still ask about the well being of my whole family.( My parents and sister and our children.) Even when we were teenagers going to Moncton High, and when the high school kids would go in, in crowds, he handled it professionally, even though a lot of them just were there to steal candy..... He pretty much carries anything you would need when everything else may be closed. (Like holidays, snow storms, etc) [from headache meds, allergy, cold meds, children fever and reducers aids, gravol etc] to supplies for animals, candles batteries for outages.....lots of different food choices even for meals. Also the laundry facility is always clean, mabey someone seen there was a little debris, but that's not often, I never have. I noticed as I leave, once your done, Roy goes to laundry room and washes everything down and picks up garbage if any cleans linen traps if need to be. I've also noticed he sells everything you need to do laundry, and its small packages so you only really need to bye what you need so u don't have to bye an extra bottle of soap when you forget yours on the front step, lol, like I do.......

Roy The owner of this store is beyond ignorant. And since everything is overpriced and/or outdated at this store, it's easier to go 1 block down to Needs....at least they wont talk down to you there.

Seriously the worst place ever, machine broke half way through and guy couldn’t fix it so I had to do my laundry in another machine 2x$ 2xtime. No apologies no refund no nothing, worst service ever! Guy blamed my laundry on being too much, it was a sheet and two towels. Also poured WD-40 all over my laundry trying to fix it. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

I was doing laundry and ask about using the washroom and was told there wasn't one. A while later a woman ask for the washroom and he came to open the door and I was still there. He then said did you want to use the washroom. What a lying jerk. I won't go back.

Roy, like many say, is a super rude owner! He gets mad if you ask for too much change, at a LAUNDROMAT LOL. The place is super dirty, the food in the convenience store is often expired. Do yourself a favour and stay away!!

Doing laundry now. The owner is ignorant and lots of broken machines. Wasn't even going to allow my husband to use the washroom even being paying customers. Will be going elsewhere to do laundry next time. Also the man makes his own prices... I understand he can do this but he charges 14.99 for bottle of 3.98 detergent and $12 for a case of water...

STAY AWAY especially if you’re a woman. The owner is not only rude but will try to rip you off with the prices. Told me the price was $22 in total and did not scan the products and when I asked for the receipt somehow the price went down to $17. The other guy that works for him is not any better and creepy guys hang out in that store making comments while you’re buying stuff. Obviously he has no idea how a business is run. Hope your place gets shut down.

Haven't been to a laundromat in many years. As I expected. Though the washers certainly have shrunk. Some debris needed cleared between washers. Many washers / dryers for the small space. Not many out of order.
