A few of my friends recommended PoolBoy Inc, and I am glad they did. They arrived when they said they would and did what they promised. Removed our old liner, patched the pool and installed the new liner, heat pump, and switched us from Chlorine to Salt! In the past we have dealt with other companies, and we were not pleased. Horrible experience with this company. Bought a brand new hot tub from this guy and also got some free ice with it. The quality of the tub was questionable upon arrival and ended up having numerous issues which were met with rudeness when asked to be fixed. Owner also failed to deliver on what was paid for in the contract then lied in a court of law about this. (Later on lying to the Sheriff about sending out a cheque that the court ordered him to do). Other things were leaving nails and debris scattered around, damaging property without returning to fix it (then lying in the court room about this as well). All and all I would say this is the singular WORST experience I've ever had from any company, or more specifically the owner, because the fellas that work for him are actually pretty cool. Edit: The response below just about sums up what you can expect from Poolboy.inc. Buyer beware, don't make my mistake. Go with Amazon or Mario.

Springtime storm rolled through and damaged our liner beyond repair. Called a few local pool companies who did not return my call for several days. In the Meantime, I call Pool Boy and they were on site within an hour of me calling and I had a quote in my hand the next morning. They took care of everything that needed done with the replacement of the liner. They were very professional and answered all my questions through the process. I'd highly recommend calling Pool Boy before calling anyone else!!

We met the poolboys at the Saint John trade show and instantly feel in love with their hot tubs. Well it didn’t stop there with these guys! Their customer service was just as fantastic. We scheduled a appointment and visited their showroom in Fredericton. After leaving with nothing but the best of knowledge my husband and I decided to check out the other business and make sure we were making the right decision. Well I will say, it wasn’t long before we called back and had our second appointment !!!! No other products even came close to the quality and not to mention visually stunning tubs! The boys went way over and above to make sure we had chosen the perfect fit for us! Delivery and set up was a breeze! They stayed until the tub was full of water and walked us through everything! So if u want to save sometime, there’s no need to compare, trust me!!! Don’t bother! Thank you so very much guys !

The purchase of our first hot tub, from start to finish, was amazing! I had started out by calling and spoke to Faith. Then, when we were still considering buying one, we would email whenever we thought of a question and Faith would reply in MORE than a timely manner. Once we had decided on one, Poolboy set and appointment to install it. Jordan and Roberto showed up on time and Jordan stayed behind to ensure it started okay after filling it, then gave us a lesson on features, maintaining the balance of the water, and scheduled maintenances. He was so pleasant and patient. He answered all of our questions and was happy to do so. Jordan and Faith were both amazing through this whole experience! I would recommend this company any day!!

Then they came back the next day when the tub was filled and gave me a very thorough run down of the chemical procedure. PoolBoy Inc installed our new fiberglass pool this fall. It could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish. The staff he has working for him are very professional and Chris is easy to deal with. He explains all details with you from start to finish. Earth Works Landscape and Design did the finishing work around the pool. This is the company they use and the work is second to none. If anyone is looking to get a pool installed I recommend PoolBoy Inc. They also open and close pools which is a huge help. Thank you guys and see you in the spring.

I discovered PoolBoy when I bought a house with my first pool... And the pool is far from new. After doing with other companies who seemed to love to sell me chemicals but not actually come look at my pool to see my issue, I contacted PoolBoy and haven't looked back since. They came and actually day with the pool on site and had me up and running super quick. Being an older pool (inground) I have ended up having to replace things over the last few years and PoolBoy has been amazing to deal with and their customer service is above and beyond. I wouldn't trust my pool to anyone else and they're always upfront and willing to work with their customers to ensure they are happy. I highly recommend Chris and his team! If I could give them more than 5* I would :)

We hired Poolboy to install an in ground pool with water slide and water feature. Work not completed and they refuse to come back and complete even though it is paid for. My water feature does not push water into the pool, but on the pavers. What good is that? Complaint was filed with BBB, and Poolboy responded with ridiculous lies and accusations. They are unprofessional and unethical. Will never do business with them again.

I am so impressed with the service that I have received since buying my hot tub. When I had an electrician come to install everything that I needed for my hot tub he told me that the spot that I had chosen wouldn’t work. I messaged via email Just after they were closed for the weekend to tell him what the electrician said. My install was scheduled for Monday morning so I was stressed that they would come and then not be able to set it up. So I was pleasantly surprised by Justin showing up at 5:30 Pm (After they closed at 5:00Pm. He figured a better spot and told me exactly what to do over the weekend so everything was taken care of. On the day of install I was really impressed with the team that came. One of the men (Jordan)really stood out with his polite sweetness, professionalism, perfectionism, his knowledge and all around demeanour. He has also had to come back several times and each time he has help immensely. He has taken his time and really explained extremely well what needs to be done and how to keep my hot tub running perfectly. I truly appreciate how great he has been with everything. As well I bought a pool this past summer and plan to have it put up next spring. I was going to put it partially down in the ground and Jordan told me that if I did that would ruin it. So the long and short of it is that I truly am so impressed with this company and their employees. I’d recommend this company in an instant because of the way I was treated like I was their only priority by the staff and because this company has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected.
