We have had high levels of manganese in our water for over 10 years. We decided it was time to look into a water filtration system to stop having to clean the faucet screens, stop black stains in our toilets, and most importantly to improve the quality of our drinking water. I contacted a few water companies around Fredericton to get quotes on this work. It did not take me long at all to figure out that Maritime Water was the way to go. James communicated with me promptly and always kept me well informed. The price of the job was reasonable and very competitive with the competition. The work was done quickly and the job looks very clean. Our water quality is much better now and I will be recommending Maritime Water to anyone that wants to improve the quality of their water.

We were having issues with hard water and iron in our water for a while, but had been putting it off because we thought fixing it would be a huge hassle. We finally contacted James at Maritime Water after seeing him recommended in a community Facebook group. We could not be happier with the service we received. He responded to our messages immediately, was in to do a water test right away, and had us set up with our new water softener in just a couple days. He even went out of his way to come back and replace a part that wasn't even technically part of the install! I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and would recommend them without hesitation! Oh, and our water tastes great now!

They made sure to install a unit that would address the issues I was having (hard water and iron) and I can happily say that my water is amazing now. My hair has no buildup or greasy/heavy/wavy feel to it. I tried shampoos made for hard water and they just didn’t cut it. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this new water softening unit! This company was speedy, friendly and I felt taken care of. I’m confident that if I need them in the future, I’ll get the same level of service again. I called Maritime Water to see if they could fix our water softener and iron remover (since we didn't know who installed it prior to buying our house). Come to find out that we never needed the water softener to begin with and the iron remover was bypassed because it was broken! Maritime Water fixed us up with a new iron remover system after testing our water to find out that's all we needed. Not only is our water no longer turning everything pink, but we actually have water pressure that I never knew was possible. Such friendly and quick service! You won't be over charged or told to buy stuff you don't need. 10/10

James advised what was required and came in soon after to install complete new iron and water softener tank. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable and installed my new system with utmost professionalism and made sure I knew about the system before he left. I am not a specialist with potable water issues therefore I searched the web and came across Maritime Water. I contacted that company. The initial phone call was with Mr. James Grasse who took the time to listen and look at my water concerns. Shortly, an appointment was set up at my residence to assess the situation and take water samples. Within days, water tests results were known, a precise diagnostic was explained to me with the recommended solutions. Quote was obtained, checks were made and Maritime Water had reasonable prices. Being picky, I discussed with Mr. Grasse how the work would be done in order to meet my high expectations. Maritime Water was attributed this job. Within days, the recommended system was installed. The work performed met all my expectations. Mr. Grasse made a follow up, water tests were conducted again with the initial anomalies corrected. We have noticed the difference in our water since our water system was installed. We are delighted that Mr. Grasse solved our water issues. Mr. Grasse acted in a professional matter all along. In all fairness, I would recommend Maritime Water as we are entirely satisfied of the work performed and the results obtained. Thank you. Rheo :)

During the installation James and his team were very polite and thorough when explaining how our new system would work.
