Cancelled our services. They barely cleaned our office and when we requested that they clean a section they have been neglecting, they still didn't do it. There was piles of dust all over the office and finger marks on windows. The cleaners do not care at all and they are over-priced. I had sent over 8 emails requesting the same spot to be cleaned before giving up.

Please AVOID THIS CLEANING COMPANY ! SO MANY ISSUES with them. First of all, they don't do a good job in cleaning AT ALL ! Dust, hair fudge and spider webs all over the corners and behind the chairs untouched !!! Their contract states clearly that they will not use our supplies although we kept a very close eye to our supplies and we were watching everything decreased till they left a very little in the bottoms of every detergent and cleaning material containers that we have in our office ! and I am talking detergents, Windex and chemicals ! not papers and bags cause we were responsible for those. Their workers left their coffee mugs/cups in several in occasions at the front and at the back of our office where we had to clean after them and take them out !!!! We had so many issues regarding our alarm systems with them. We asked them to end the contract and they refused and promised us to get better in their cleaning job, but unfortunately it got a lot worse from there on !! Please if you care about your hard earned money , DON'T SIGN UP with those guys. You will definitely do a better job cleaning up your own office or just find a better contractor and try them up before you sign up any contract for a year !

Okay! Here is what exactly happened to me and that is why I would never ever recommend this low level service company I contacted Dan Morgan (supposedly the manager of this unreliable company) to come and have a visit to my office that was under renovation, so we can start getting cleaning service from them based on the quote he provides after checking the office. He came and started to talk very big about their very perfect service! well, thing were smooth, contract signed and they said he said that the cleaner with a person who is responsible will come to see the site before the day of cleaning. They came in and asked for key and pass code and I mentioned that for the first visit I would like to be on site to check their job so they won't need a key and after that I will provide a key. I also mentioned that the office is under construction and I will need minimum of 5 hours cleaning and they both agreed and said nothing. On the day of cleaning all the contractors were wrapping up their equipment so they packed everything in front of the office and the back of the office ( 3 operatories, washroom, corridor, kitchen) were ready to start cleaning so we asked if the guy can start from back of the office, He replied like this: the job site supposed to be fully ready for me to start the work and I can't work more than 3 hours as I have another job site that I need to go to at 8 pm and I tried many times to get in touch with the agent who I came with yesterday to tell that I cannot make for 5 hours and he is not picking up his phone. He also mentined that I am a contractor and I am not their employee to give you full hours...Then I asked if he really has problem with contractor equipment he can go to his other job and can return after he finishes and he again asked for the keys!!! and I replied that I will be here on site to check the job so you won't need the keys! Then he said that he needs to go out and make a phone call and he left, after 10 minutes I went out to the parking lot to check and see what is his decision he wants to do cleaning first here or he will return back at 8 pm but found nobody! This happened around 6 pm on Friday and I had patients on Saturday morning at 8:30 am so no matter what the office needed to be cleaned on that night. I tried to get in touch with Dan Morgan he answered once and told that he would get in touch with the cleaner (Asif) and will get back to me, then nothing... I called back again and he picked the phone and told Asif is not answering his phone and mentioned he will solve the problem for us. I waited till 8:30 pm for this unreliable guy hoping him to come and do his job that was on a signed contract and agreed upon and it was simply a no show! I called Dan Morgan and there was simply a no reply... you can see how many times I called the manager in the pictures attached! If you are in business with people and you feel responsible for what you do, you can imagine how can their job negatively affect my business and how much you can stress out... So what happened finally, I had to clean the whole office myself till 2 in the midnight and left the office frustrated, tired with back and neck pain turning back to the office to visit my patients 7:30 in the next morning!!! On top, seems like what they have done to my business was not enough they call the office and blame us for putting one star review!! one star is way too much for what you have done to me and my business, so here is a thorough explanation for you to understand why this one star happened.
