Called at 10am and he arrived at 4pm that day. The cleaning took less than an hour and everything was very professional. He wore protective covers for his feet and face. He supplied me with an informational pamphlet, as well new batteries for my heat pump controller! The heat pump looks brand new and that dirty sock smell is gone when the heat is turned on. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a heat pump. Very impressed with this service.

He made a point to show me the condition of the inside before he started cleaning it, and during the process to see the huge difference it made. The entire process was done very quickly and there was no mess left behind. We will definitely be using his services again for our heat pump on a regular basis, and will also take advantage of the duct cleaning service he provides.
